    I purchased a dress on Feb 18, 2023. It is now March 17. I have emailed twice in regards to an order update. There is no phone number listed to call and I am starting to regret this purchase. This is very unprofessional. I have not received any response back and at this point will not ever purchase from them again. If I do not hear anything back within the next couple of days I want a refund. When people are spending money the professional thing to do if backed up in orders is to respond back and say that!. I will not ever purchase from them again.

    I hope that you guys are well and having a great day.

    The item that the customer ordered was purchased on preorder. Unfortunately, there is a manufacturing delay with the item that was ordered. Manufacturing delays can sometimes happen which is out of our control. We notified our customers of this delay via email including ** ******. 

    We checked our conversation from the customer and I can confirm that we responded to her inquiry via email and we notified her that the item was preordered and that there was a delay with the item. Please see the attached screenshot.

    On 10/25/22 I ordered boots totaling $122.54. (#*******) Ive reached out to them 12/4/22, 12/14/22 & 12/17/22. Initially I just wanted a status, but due the now almost 2 months of not being in receipt of my order, not one response from my inquires - I want a full refund. They are not professional and through their social media, they are turning off and deleting messages. I feel either theyre over their head in orders, or scamming consumers and Im looking to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

    At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding Cutely Covered has been resolved.  They never reached out to me to apologize nor provided me options for shipment or refund - which I would've preferred  my money back, but based on the lack of their customer service, and the energy to return and wait for a refund at this point would be purposeless.

    I place my order on October 16 and we are now November 16th. I contacted them via email and have yet to receive an explanation as to why my order has not been received; must be a scam. order *******

    This company is very unprofessional. There is no way to communicate with them with regards to orders. They dont answer the phone or return calls. They took 4 days to respond to my email. Within minutes of placing I desperately tried to cancel my order because I no longer needed the item. After 4 days they sent an email stating its too late to cancel because my order has been dispatched. I did not receive a confirmation email at all. I just received tracking number today 11/13. My order was placed on 11/10. They refused to cancel my order due their deliberate delay in responding to my request. I would like a full refund I dont want or need the item.

    On September 15, 2022, I purchased a dress #******* for $77.95 and I returned it within 7 days. I had to pay out of pocket to send it through **** Tracking **** **** **** **** **** **. In the policy, it states that I would 20% of my cost for the dress will be subtracted for a restocking fee and the rest would be in a store credit. I have attempted to contact the company 5 times and they still have not issued my store credit. The promise of store credit appears to be a scam. They get the returned item and they are then able to ************* or as many times as someone returns the item and keep your money.

    On October 6, 2022, I placed and order with 2 items totaling $222.51 and as of today, the order has not been shipped or received although there appears to be tracking numbers assigned to the items.I have repeatedly reached out to customer service for information and a resolve; however, nothing is being done and they neither care nor are interested in providing a resolution. I have requested several times to simply cancel the order and give me a refund but continuously get ignored and told they will find out what is going on. As of this day, nobody has let me know what occurred.I want a total refund.

    I ordered 2 pairs of boots @ $128 each on 8/16/22. They shipped one pair on 9/6/22 & i received them on 9/9/22. The shipped email states it was part of my order & the delivery slip in the package says part of my order. I sent them an email on 9/24 & again on 9/27 asking for a shipping update for the 2nd pair. When i went back in I realized the email address was wrong so they never received my emails. I sent an email to the correct address on 10/13/22 & have been corresponding with them ever since to get this issue resolved. They requested proof of delivery so i sent my RING doorbell video of **** delivering 1 box, a still shot as well & sent that, i sent a copy of the packing slip too. They asked for a photo of the boots so i sent that. They asked for a copy of the packaging. I let them know i didnt keep the pink plastic it came in a month before. The last email from them on 10/26/22 said theyre sending my complaint to their team. I asked who ive been emailing with for weeks now because the emails are going to ******************

    Ordered placed Oct 6th. Haven't received any tracking information. I've reached out through emails and nothing has been resolved. I've reached out through there online site nothing has been resolved. I've contacted the store no answer. I also received a damaged item that I immediately sent back and emailed the company with pictures and return tracking information. I did get a response through Instagram from the company stating they will keep an eye out on my return. My return tracking number states the return was delivered. I still haven't heard anything back from the company. I've sent emails to cancel my order and or send my order out. I've also requested my money back from the damaged item which was a small in size white puffer vest that had either dye or ink in the inside of the vest. BBB please help me resolve this matter. I have taken all measures to get this matter resolved and haven't had any luck in doing so. Thank you for your time.

    Placed order 3 weeks ago and it has never shipped. After 2 weeks, I requested a refund and have yet to hear from anyone. This business has done this to many apparently by the yelp and bbb reviews.
