    This company customer service is horrible . I placed an order on March 21, 2024 and after 3 weeks I contacted them via their customer portal and email for an update . It took them a week to respond . They indicated that they were having fulfillment issues and assured me that my items were in stock. Two days later I received an email indicating only a portion of my order was shipped . This has happened several times . I place orders and they never ship or respond. I literally have to beg and keep following up to request a refund . Buyer beware . I dont recommend doing business with this company . Its horrible .

    I ordered an item with this company that was never delivered. The company indicated they would be issuing a refund, per my request. It has 2.5 weeks, and they are non-responsive and I still have not received my refund. Their service level and communications are weak. All I have to say is buyer beware.

    I don't know what happened in the last few months but this company no longer responds to customer service requests. I have been asking for a status of my order and they will not respond. Ive been asking for weeks. My first order from them was great, product was great but lately something is going on. They will not acknowledge customer inquiries. I would have taken an "I'm sorry, your item is on back order or no longer available" I hope you do better in the future because this is no way treat a customer who likes your product.

    This company is a scam, I made and order since November 26/2023 today December 30/ 2023 I don't hear from them. I send messages no answer. Don't buy from them they are scam.

    I have reached out to this company wanting to know where my purchase is and no response it's been 18 days their customer service is horrible. If you want to buy something from them be prepared to wait because you want get it right away I'm still waiting and they are in the USA. I will never order from this company again so buyers beware Don't Do It!!!!

    I made an order with Cutely Covered October 30, 2023. Order #CC101656. It was the Camouflage Jacket/Hoodie and Pants. I paid ****** for an order I have not received. I sent a message through their chat on the website and also through my SHOP APP. I didnt get not no response or reply. Im so disappointed because I was looking forward to being a supporter of this brand. The clothes was absolutely beautiful. At this point I cant not and will not support any business that will take a consumer money and never send them their order. This is not business etiquette and a poor representation on their brand. Folks can lie all they want too but what I have experienced is straight fraud. If you cant do right by people trying to show support, then dont go into business. Learn how to treat your customers. If you dont have a product let it be known. Stop taking people hard earn money. Oh another thing why none of the addresses(they have two locations)your business name is not on the outside of the building per ****** street view. See the government needs to crack down on this type of stuff. As consumers the government need to make sure these businesses are legitimate and not scamming the consumers. Im very very disappointed just when You find unique clothes from a company you would absolutely buy from they do this SMH.
