    MS908BT was due for new subscription and update. Contacted tech support and was helped thorough the process. Agent was very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend the Autel product and the individual that assisted me!Top notch service

    Very Poor customer service. I bought the top of the line auto scanner, the battery failed and quit working sent it back for repair and was informed that it was no longer made and parts no longer available. The offered to send a new scanner ( lesser model) for ****** and gave no other choice, well I need a scanner and agreed. Now they are telllng me that scanner is on back order. I need this tool and am loosing alot of money not having it. I will Never buy an Autel product again and I dont recommend any one buy their products. Their customer service is Very Poor. It's unfortunate that customer service in ******* has gone down hill in general.

    We attempted to contact this customer. In lieu of contacting the customer, we spoke with his tool distributor and we were able to explain to the distributor that we refunded the money back to the customer. We also sent the replacement tool back out to the customer.

    There im608 is useless Inwas tricked into buying it. I asked if anything new was coming out I was told no. I was steered away from ultra. Now there is a new im608 and if you work on anything newer then 2014 dont waist your money. This company has me in a real bad spot. I had scanner for 8 month and could of had the low grade unit and got same results. I look like a fool saying I can flash cars and not 1 car from **** Benz, vw, asian cars. I was able to make a key for a 2018 jeep thats it. When I say something they could care less. The fact a new IM608 is out and I was told nothing new for 3 years at least. Im getting a topdon and selling this unit. Buyer beware you can not do a whole lot with this scanner every time you call its not supported
