    I ordered an Autel MS906 Pro about 9 or 10 months ago, and the screen cracked (the tool was not dropped so I don't know how it cracked in the first place in under a year). I called Autel to see if I could send it in for repair and get a loaner tool to use in the mean time. They do not offer loaner tools while your tool is getting repaired, they also refused to provide me with any part numbers to order a screen myself. I use this tool for my business every day and cannot wait weeks to get my tool back. You'd think after spending $10,000 and a $600 yearly subscription on their tools they would give a little better customer service. Do yourself a favor, don't buy Autel.
