      They overprice their ************** wholesale it to other ******************** where you can purchase for less ( i.e Perigold, Target etc)The sales people we came across twice were not knowledgable about their merchandise & trying to force the sale by stalking us in the store Feeling very uncomfortable to deal with them at their Paramus N.J store I also noticed a mold odor in a kitchen drawer unit I bought through Target which I returned In general, they keep calling & texting to push the sale being very innapropriate

      DO NOT conduct business with this company! I purchased a Safavieh bed from QVC, it has been 3 years (they claim to have a 5 year warranty), wires are bulging from the side of the bed, there is a v shaped divot/ indentation in the middle edge of the bed and it sinks when laid on. I sent pictures of the bed along with the filed claim, they denied the claim! The letter states that the warranty, all the things that are wrong with the mattress, is what the warranty covers but they refuse to honor that warranty or replace/ refund my money. I called to speak to someone regarding the denied claim and they stated do not contact us again regarding this claim, it is finalized in our system; if you feel the need to move further, contact an attorney but do not call again and promptly hung up on me!I spoke to QVC and they also will not help with this matter because they state there is still a warranty through the manufacturer and I have to deal with them regarding this issue.

      The customer's claim has been finalized, and the issues with their mattress are not covered under our 5-year warranty. We have provided detailed information on what the warranty covers. Unfortunately, based on the images and the customer's description, the reported issues do not qualify for coverage. The claim letter represents our final decision, and no exceptions will be made, as communicated to the customer.       I ordered a very expensive mirror. It was delivered incredibly marred and scratched. The corners were not even plumb. I immediately sent photos. I have called and emailed dozens of times and most times ignored. Still no resolution. I feel cheated.

      DO NOT BUY. I'm barely out of the "30-Day Return Window" and this is already falling apart. Safavieh and Bed ************* won't do anything since it's outside of the window. Don't buy this brand. I got 3 rugs and ALL 3 are falling apart. I returned the other 2 because it was within the window. Safavieh is a cheap company with poor products. I went with a luxury brand and will continue to do so to avoid cheaply made, disintegrating rugs. Avoid safavieh at all costs! Crappy materials from a crappy company with cheap products. ****** their poor reviews on other sites and all reference the same extremely low quality. Save yourself the time and money, this company makes *horrible* quality products. (Safavieh isn't allowing any negative reviews to be made on their website, so reviews must be made via 3rd party sites and through the BBB.)

      We appreciate the feedback regarding this product. The customer's warranty for this rug has expired and they have been notified through a support ticket on March 29th 2024. Regarding the rug in question, which is crafted from 100% wool, shedding is a common occurrence. Additionally, it's important to note that the rug is hand-knotted and therefore not recommended to be placed in high-traffic areas as it may cause much damage. As the 30-day window for returns has lapsed, we are unable to comment on the wear and tear of the rug beyond this period. Customers are granted 30 days to return products through their original point of purchase, as per our policy. Please note that Safavieh does not offer extended warranties on our products, nor can we accept returns after the initial 30-day delivery period, especially for items purchased through online retailers. Upon receipt of the product, customers have ************************************ damages, and we cannot assume liability for any concerns reported after this inspection period has expired. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a return or replacement in this instance due to our established policies.       I want to post this about Safaieh so other customers are aware. This is the worst company. I ordered expensive chairs and there was no indication that they were dwarf chairs. The legs were less than 12 tall. They looked like childrens furniture. I called and they authorized a return but I have to pay shipping cost. Well the lowest shipping youre I received was $325.00. On a ******** order. This is outrageous. I even inquired about dropping it off at a retail location of theirs. They said no. I even tried to drive it to the distribution warehouse and they said they wont take it. It is my goal to post this on as many sites as possible so others arent scammed like I was.

Specifically, the dimensions are accurately listed as 26 inches in overall height. The chair's design is intentionally crafted to have a shorter height, and we make sure to display all dimensions to inform customers prior to purchase.In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with the product and wishes to return it, they are responsible for covering shipping fees if the item is not damaged or defective. Returns cannot be accepted if items are dropped off at a Safavieh Retail Store or Safavieh Warehouse after being ordered online. It's imperative to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for all returns.       I ordered rugs through *********.we were told we had to contact Safavieh. The rugs I purchased which were 100% wool were already fraying and when vacuuming the fibers filled my vacuum continually. The customer service agent will do nothing about it even with documentation. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and when I told the customer service this she laughed. We are a fixed income and saved over a period of time to purchase these. They tell me there is only 30 day warranty. When asked to talk to a superior that was denied. Now after a short time my rugs are disintegrating.

      Safavieh either allows discrimination, unfair business practices, and a deceptive business strategy or it's just that one employee that spoils the business.We are a retailer and have a Safavieh account. ********************* provided us with item specs and data for our business online store.Come to find out our wholesale price is Amazon's retail price. If our wholesale price is $200 Amazon lists the same item for the same price. This pattern was found in all ******* SKUS. 1-Unfair business practices with no action to resolve:Over and over we told ********************* and other Safavieh representatives to help us. I would get forwarded to ********************* every time and his response stayed the same, "I understand your frustration, unfortunately, Amazon chooses to price their items below cost. We have already given you the best pricing for the product builds you have received."Other manufacturers avoid unfair business practices by enforcing MAP policies. 2-Discriminatory:I can understand if there were a couple of items where Amazon sold them below their cost, but that's not the case.Either Amazon is generous and sells all Safavieh items below cost or Safavieh is not truthful about pricing. 3-Deceptive business strategy All the non-reciprocal time and effort we put into advertising and promoting ********'s brand and products, only to get a negative return.Your brand/business is exposed to being perceived as a "greedy business with greedy prices." Because "unlike Amazon you won't choose to price items below cost".Question Safavieh's culture before partnering with them. Why is Safavieh allowing discrimination, unfair business practices, with a deceptive business strategy? Not mindful of your brand and business image?

We allocate our team resources to service accounts according to their needs. We do not enforce Map pricing with the Safavieh branded product. We do offer our partners promotional incentives and planned sales events. Todays online space is fast-paced, competitive, and volume-based and we have systems in place to maintain and service our partner needs. We do not always align well with all business models. And this is true with small, single-operator, home-based, online businesses and or marketplace resellers.       This is disheartening to write because Safavieh was great until it wasn't. We waited close to a year for our sofa that cost ** $10k. We were diligent with our white fabric choice to make sure it didn't have an ounce of yellow undertone. We brought home the in-store swatch to confirm our choice through cloudy, sunny, morning and evening lights. We also had 3 separate designers confirm it doesn't look yellow at all in our home. Low and behold, our sofa came and it's very lemony. Trust me, this isn't something I would've chosen at all. The in-store swatch wasn't representative of the larger piece at all. I get it - it's a weird situation - hopefully not common but it is what it is. When I spoke with our Sales POC and the Manager at the ********** store and shared pictures of the ***** difference - they've been blaming me. They now claim the in-store swatch can't be found in their showroom to compare (which is questionable within itself), and largely ignoring my calls and emails.I'll have to reupholster this expensive couch as the foundation is great, but the color doesn't work in our room at all. I wish they would take clear steps to speak with the sofa manufacturer or Safavieh Management to see what they could do. Ignoring me and blaming the customer is not right. It's not that difficult to make your customers feel heard, and be able to offer something to help - this is where they utterly failed.

      Thank you for providing all the clients information to assist with a resolution. Were sorry that the fabric of choice for the sofa was not what the client anticipated. The fabric was the correct color chosen by the client, but the fabric may read differently due to the lighting in the room. The manufacturer reviewed the case and found no defects or issues with the fabric. We have reviewed this case entirely, and our Store Manager has confirmed with the client that they have accepted store credit as a resolution.       I waited almost a year for my living room set to arrive and once it came in after month or so all the cautions got defected and feathers are starting to come out all over my sofas. Contacted their store manager few times and after promising he was going to get me a new set of cautions nothing happened in over three months now. Feel like setting on fire this set of furniture but we paid a lot of money for it and not sure what to do at this point. We are extremely upset and more so disappointed with the store staff.

      Ordered a set through ********* I have had it less than a year and the rattan started breaking even though it is covered most of the time. I contacted customer service to see if I could order rattan from them theybsaid they were manufacturer and I needed to contact the Retailer which makes no sense. They were dismissive and pretty much said I was ***. Also said I would void warranty if I tried fixing it myself which contradicts the lack of help.

      Thank you for your review regarding the Reslor 4 Pc ****************** ********. A ticket was opened for this customer on July 30th, 2022. Our team has reviewed the photos and we confirmed that the issues are from wear and tear. We do not have any type of extended warranty on our products, since this product was purchased in November of 2021, and has been used for some time, we had to decline any type of request for replacements or replacements parts. We could not assist this customer in the request for replacement rattan since this is not a part that we supply. As for replacement cushions, we at Safavieh do not offer replacement cushions at this time. Unfortunately, due to the wear on the product and the date of purchase, we cannot assist this customer with replacement parts, a full replacement, refund, exchange, or return.
