      Ordered 6 chairs in April of 22 and they charged ****** for delivery fee which we accepted. Chairs came in in June and they now said the delivery charge is ******. I have called and called and nobody seems to want to respond. ***************************** is the person I have let with and I keep getting the runaround. I cancelled the order though Amex and I will never do business with this company again. They will not honor what we agreed to and they are very unprofessional Beware of doing business with this company.

      Hello, Thank you for the review and bringing this to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our designers are required to share all details in regards to the ordering process, policies, and take initiative of explaining what and how they need to satisfy the customer's requests. This client purchased from our retail store, and our designer provided a quote of the local delivery of $150.00, which is standard for Safavieh local deliveries. The client accepted the quote of $150.00. In actuality, the product was not a local delivery, therefore a white glove delivery fee of $500.000 was applied. Our team was not informed that the delivery was shipping outside our delivery area when the order was placed. Again, we apologize for any misunderstanding with the delivery charges.
