      Have purchased a machine that does not work, has never worked properly, have been trying to either get a repair, a refund or a replacement for over a month and at least 10 customer service calls later, I am still paying for a machine I cannot use. This should be illegal.

      I work for an automotive manufacturing company, we ordered 2 tables for start of a new production line that we intended to use for quality control items. upon receiving these items one was great (really nice table) but the other one was completely destroyed and was missing some of the hardware needed to assemble. I created a power point with the items damages and details the day I received this item. and sent out 6-7 emails as well as left voice mails. when calling and finally getting a hold of someone the requested the order number and I contacted the purchasing department for my facility and when reading the order number the customer service agent said that there was no record of this order or the number may have been wrong. I have a copy of the ** as well if needed to verify this is the number on the purchase order. this table was almost $3000. I have tried using the chat box on the website everyday for the past 2 month to resolve this and sending multiple emails again and still nothing in response? the chat with agent does not even work on the website? I tried on 4 different computers different networks and still nothing. can someone please help me get this issue resolved. I love the company's products just wish contacting and getting genuine support was better.

      Business advertised a price on product on their website. Ordered Feb 22, 2023 in On March 2023 they moved the shipping date twice. I contacted the company via there chat to cancel - received a email stating it may not be cancelled and if it is I would receive an update. I called spoke to a rep who assured me it was indeed cancelled. Apr 07 2023 I received a shipping notification that the item had shipped. I contacted via chat, after 5 reps, called on phone, was offered an apology and they intercepted the shipment and had it return to the vendor on April 10 - April 11th I was sent a paid invoice that notified me that they charged the full amount on April 8th. I called my card company and placed the charge in dispute, called them and received a credit reference number. Called my card company and they no nothing of the credit, to resolve the issue, they refused to honor the price at which I had purchased the products citing their policy that "prices may change at any time". While I understand that the price for the products was very low, that price had been the advertised price for the product for 3 days prior to my decision to purchase the products. I believe that the "glitch" was deliberate and deceptive in the attempt by the company to not honor the price they sold their products at. Subsequently, over the next 2 weeks, attempts to resolve the issue were dragged out by employees of the company failing to return calls. Ultimately we were not able to agree on an appropriate settlement. At this point, a resolution is irrelevant. We have purchased items from a more reputable business. I am writing this for informational purposes to expose deceptive practices by this company.

      Unfortunately, there was a typographical error on the website.  Global Industrials terms and conditions clearly address this, Global is not responsible for typographical errors.  In the event a product is listed at an incorrect or outdated price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or due to the passage of time or change in market conditions,Global shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect or outdated price.  


      Our Senior Manager for Customer Experience has confirmed that the credit has been applied to the original payment method.  We have provided you with a credit memo and confirmed with accounting that it has been processed back to the original payment method.  It can take 5-7 business days depending on the customers bank.

      Business advertised a price on product on their website, then used deceptive practices to keep from honoring that price. On March 1, 2023 I ordered two refrigerators from this company, Order # ********. They payment was submitted for processing to my bank. On March 2, 2023 the company contacted me by email stating that a "glitch" in shipping caused my order to be cancelled. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, they refused to honor the price at which I had purchased the products citing their policy that "prices may change at any time". While I understand that the price for the products was very low, that price had been the advertised price for the product for 3 days prior to my decision to purchase the products.       Our Senior Manager for Customer Experience has confirmed with the Product Manager that the correct price was significantly higher than the posted amount.  The Product Manager advised the sales person handling this matter to offer the units at a discounted price.  We made the offer but it was declined.  We tried to locate similar merchandise but regrettably, we didnt find any within the price range.  We are sorry to have lost you as a potential customer, if there is an opportunity to earn your business in the future, we would love to speak with you again.

       The price, in my opinion, was not a "typographical error" the price was on the website for several days before I purchased the products and the payment was processed. The company cancelled the sale because of a "glitch" in shipping. That was what was communicated. The cancellation was not due to a "typographical error". The company may have put the wrong price, but they are hiding behind their "typographical error" policy, which I suppose is their right, but it is poor ethical business practices. 

      While I reject the response from the company, I do not wish to pursue this matter any further. I have had my need for the products fulfilled by another business.

      Order# ******** Purchased 9/08/22 Paid $855 Purchased a water bottle refill station. After professional installation by a plumber, the station caused a flood overnight. The plumber returned and confirmed the equipment was defective. We called and reported the issue immediately. We were told that they would follow up with a case report. They did not. We have attempted 4 more times via live chat to get the issue resolved. Our case number is ****** but each time we follow up, we are given different information and told they will follow up. They do not. We would like them to pick up the defective product and a full refund for our purchase. We do not want to waste any more time with this company so we are not seeking damages caused by the leak or the cost of two professional plumber visits. We want a refund, the defective product picked up and our experience noted with the BBB to allow potential customers to make an educated decision before proceeding with Global Industrial.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      We have not received a refund.  The company did not respond to our case until the BBB was involved.  Once BBB reached out, the company responded to our case.  They did not cover any expense for the damages caused by the faulty product, they did not cover the expenses for the multiple plumber visits including the final one required to remove the product that they required to be returned.  We followed Global Industrial's instructions at our expense and inconvenience to remove the product, package it and schedule the pick up.  The freight company did not show up.  The next time they arrived after business hours and then  finally showed up unannounced and required us to load the unit.  Global Industrial said they were handling it but like every other step in this process gave conflicting information and did not follow through with anything promised or offer any assistance.  We were told that a refund was issued but the company has not followed through on anything that was promised.  There is not a pending credit showing.  Our experience with Global Industries has proven that we cannot simply trust that they will follow through on the credit until we actually see it come through.

      I placed an order on December 15, 2022 for Item: B324946 Proto J2378 Flexible Magnetic Retrieving Tool - 24-1/2" Long, as well as several other items. Emails received from Global said delivery expected by Dec 30, 2022. Next email said est. ship by Dec 20, 2022. On Jan 16,2023 email from Global says still out of stock/anticipated fulfillment date-Feb 1, 2023. I choose not to cancel. Feb 6, 2023, I check status of my order and it says still in process, anticipated ship date of Feb 28, 2023. I **** with rep. **** say still on backorder. I say webpage shows in stock and READY to SHIP, with delivery in a few days. Rep tells me that is NOT so. SO, I decide to test and order another tool. Website takes my order and a FEW MINUTES later, I receive TWO emails telling me that TWO of the tools will ship. Both show up in a day or so. I contacted Global about this via email, as the **** is obviously COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. I explained the above situation in my email to Global. I also said that I wanted to return one of these tools as I do NOT need TWO. I would NOT have ordered another had I been given correct info on the status or my DEC 15, 2022 order. I expect Global to arrange pick up and refund of entire price including item/tax/shipping. This was MORE than one week ago. NOT the first time I have not received a response form them.

      We ordered a Global Industrial Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrap Machine For 20"******* Model #: WB412409 in Feb. 2022. The machine will not operate and we have tried at least 2 dozen times to get some resolution and we have gotten none.We have been through the same email process over and over again. Even tried emailing the president but they will not provide an email address.

      I purchased a table on Jan 9. It is now Jan 26. After receiving the table I started setting it up and it is badly lopsided. I need it flat due to the drawers Im placing on it. I contacted them to send it back for a refund and I could look elsewhere. They keep giving me the run around and keep saying they are working on it with there vendor I dont care I paid Global Industrial they need to send my money back then deal with there vendor on there own. They wanted pictures I sent them plenty of pictures immediately when they asked. I email them each day and get the same response back. They need a day or two more. They charged me 1/4 of the price of the table to ship it. I want a refund for the table and shipping of $220.

      I ordered seven tables from this vendor for over $3,400.00 in September. I accidentally sent it to the wrong location so I cancelled the order right after I called. The vendor said they would have to wait to receive the tables from their warehouse before issuing the credit. I have called this vendor five times and waited a half hour each time so they can research the issue and still have not received the credit and it is November. I want my money back. This vendor has very bad customer service and I will not order from them again. They should not have an A+ rating.
