      Be cautious when purchasing from Global Industrial, they don't handle returns and refunds well. I initiated a return well within their policy window, but due to their delays and constant runaround sending me from one customer service *** to another, they dragged the process out until the window expiredthen used that as an excuse to deny the return. Terrible customer service and completely dishonest handling of returns.

      Great customer service and fast delivery. Been using them in our auto restoration shop and they have been very helpful.

      The one time I needed customer service, they were very helpful and took good care of us. We have had nine purchase transactions over the last two and a half years all handled online (with the one exception noted earlier) and all deliveries were complete and on time. Their product (wire decking) is top quality.

      This is a fake company setup to push you to medical device and ******** part 1 reselling/sales. There is no one answering the phone and the online chat only pushes you so someone selling ******** part 1 items. This is a fake company.

      I had the privilege to be answerd by M. **** ********* houme spoke to me in english and in french. Note that he could have done it in mandarin. In my words **** is a valuable asset to Global Industrial. Dealing with **** ********* made my experience memorable and joyfull. *** *. Lanaudire, Qc.

      Company only wants to do business with large order businesses. They will cancel your order days after it should have shipped to fulfill a larger order. Tie up funds for 3-5 business days and put you on hold so you cant go to a reputable company and get what you need.
