      I ordered 2 reel dispensers for my electrical contracting company. I shopped around for a few weeks before I purchased from Global Industrial and their pricing was fantastic so I pulled the trigger and bought them. I really needed 4 but with the price so low I decided to purchase 2 and see what I was actually getting. When the first 2 arrived (earlier than expected) I was amazed at the quality. Top notch quality! So I ordered 2 more. Unfortunately one of them was damaged. I called Global Industrial immediately and they said they would send another one. They did send it and sent it fast. The representative was very helpful as well. I will definitely be purchasing more products with these guys. They were great throughout the entire process. Thanks so much Global Industrial. Youve gained a lifetime customer by helping me take care of my customers. ************************

      Beware: do not buy from this company. They deliver damaged items and will not return, or refund for the item. You are not given any contact information and can only talk by chat. Your claim is then denied by email with no ability to speak to anyone. I was delivered an item that was clearly damaged, I sent photographs with the items still in the plastic wrap it was delivered, and I was denied, this company should be closed for failure to deliver what it promises.

      I have been very happy with the large barn fan I bought from Global Industrial. It has all the features I need that were difficult to find elsewhere. Shipping was very prompt and the fan is excellent. I did not have any reason to contact their customer service. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

      I am pleased with our wire shelf trucks (wire racks on wheels) we ordered direct from Global Industrial. Pricing was competitive - it was as good as the box store online pricing. **************** walked me through the options, answered questions and helped me select their Nexel plating option over chrome for its improved environmentals. I received the order within two days (amazing), and assembled it with ease. Quality and robustness of these racks is excellent and I would shop again again at Global Industrial for similar needs.

      Though I have always had pleasant experiences with the customer service people on the phone, ordering from Global Industrial is more frequently a catastrophe than otherwise: catastrophe and unaffordable time killer. Most times (but, by far, not always) things go better when ordering a GI brand item. I thought it was just me, but now looking

      Shady company asked me to returned a 3k equipment and now says it was damage during shipment, now they say the can't refund the money and want to disposed of it is been at their facility for 4 business days very irresponsible

      Total scam artists, they cant promise you a delivery date and they dont carry the product, they have to order it from another company and you chat with people in ***** that dont have a clue whats going on. I called the customer service number and they give you the runaround and say that someone will send me an email to verify that my order has been cancelled to issue a refund. But I never got that email. Had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. This company is totally Fraudulent, STAY AWAY!!!!

      I have been doing business with Global Industrial for around a year now. They have great prices and fast shipping. I have never had an issue with any of their products or their customer service. I find their website to be very user friendly and if you have a question their customer service people are happy to answer them. I will continue to recommend them and buy from them.
