      Ordered a window AC unit. Shipment was delayed by 4 days past original delivery date. Then it was marked as delivered without being delivered. When I attempted to contact the company, I was ignored repeatedly. So I filed a dispute with my bank. Only after filing the dispute did the company respond offering a replacement. It had been over 2 weeks since the "delivery" date. I declined the replacement because I was already fed up. They agreed to refund my money. That was over 2 weeks ago and nothing. They are now back to ignoring me again. Any emails don't get responses and all my calls get "dropped". Worst customer service ever. I fully believe they only offered a refund to get me to drop the dispute, which thankfully I did not. Still haven't gotten my almost $500 back but I have sent everything to my bank so hopefully they can help. Do not shop here.

      This company is one of the worst companies to deal with. They give you the run a round.I bought a sewing machine that I paid almost $800.00 for. When I received it was defected. I sent it back. When I received the second one it was defected as the first one was. It was under the same warrantee as the first one. They would not take it back. Instead they told me to oil the part that was not working. They stated that would be all that they would do. I did oil the part and it still does not work. They would not take it back. I have been trying to communicate with them for a long time and still nothing. They are ignoring my calls or emails.With the second machine defected as the first one. I think they should honor the second one. The company is not a friendly company to deal with. Their people pretend to be helpful but they are not. All they do is give you the run a round. They will try anything to not send you a replacement. So now I am stuck with an expensive machine that I can't use. All I wanted is a machine that where everything works.

      Purchased a 48" huge fan for over $1000. 2 weeks later the price went down to $600 and I called them about it. They said there is nothing they can do and I would have to pay for the shipping if I decide to return the item!They are ********** focused and don't care about their customers' satisfaction.

      NO STARS ---- DON"T RELY UPON THIER DELIVERY TIMES!! Ordered a Time clock that I had to replace quickly. Global Industrial website had it in stock and could be delivered the next day as opposed to other on-line offers 5-7 days. I called the ************** and spoke with an agent to ask where it was shipping from, at first she said **, I'm in ** and I know *** wouldn't deliver for 2-3 days from **, I said that's ok, then she said they had it in ** and that's where it would ship from, I could get it in 1-2 days from **. I placed the order on Wednesday the 22nd and everything was looking fine. Got an email that it was shipped and to track my order. There was no tracking information other than it had been shipped. on Thursday 23 I used their chat bot to get the tracking information, I was told they reached out to the warehouse and it would be emailed. Friday 24 no email with tracking was emailed. I went back to their Live Agent Chat and still no tracking information and that the warehouse would email it to me. I said that's what was told to me. I called the ************** again and spoke with Odessa, I explained that I haven't received a tracking information for the shipment I'll wanted to cancel the order or initiate a chargeback on my card. She was very polite and apparently this happens all the time with them. It was as if she was reading from a script. She placed me on hold and called the warehouse to get the tracking information. She returned with it. I expressed my dislike of a classic bait and switch approach to the shipping times. The tracking information said the label was created on Wednesday March 22 FROM *********** ** estimated delivery of Tuesday March 28th.

      May take that down to 1 star yet. Ordered tool online. Great price and ship date was within a month. So 1 week before it's due, I check for tracking and find new due date 2 months away. Unbelievable. Chat person said it was "due to a production lag" That *** well be, but shouldn't they have had a clue before they took my money?

      The company is engaging in fraudulent business practices. They sent me a quote for a pair of discounted cabinets (selling for $755) that had no pictures of the interior online. When I called the hotline and asked the salesman if he could get pics of the interior, he said it would take a couple days (had to get it from their warehouse) but he could give me a quote in the meantime to lock in the price for 30 days. That way, even if price went up online, I could still buy the cabinets at that price. I received the quote and, based on the pictures I later received, decided to buy the cabinets. But before I got the pics from the salesman, the price went up to about $1500, twice the quoted price. After I looked at the pics, I told the salesman I would like to order the cabinet at the quoted price. He said he needed to get approval from "management" and strung me along for over a week, repeatedly claiming someone was just about to approve it. Then suddenly, a different, female salesperson e-mailed with a new quote at the much higher price, and later called to say they would not honor the quote, pointing to the verbiage in a box at the top of the form saying the quote was "subject to change based on product availability and/or extraordinary market conditions." In reality, of course, the product was still available and nothing had changed in the week since I got the quote. She said that, in practice, that sentence meant the company could refuse to honor any quote any time. Interpreting the clause that broadly - to basically give the company ************************* to refuse to honor any quote at any time - is absurd and intentionally misleading. This company clearly is engaging in fraudulent "bait and switch" sales tactics (in addition to all of the other shady practices listed on this and other websites) and should no longer be in business.

      I bought a Dehumidifier OL50-503E at a cost of $850. After 15mo. It started freezing up. It states in literature to replace the humidifier sensor. But they say they have no customer service or parts department.Why tell me what I need , a humidifier sensor if I cant get one.They make it explicit that the warranty is only one year. I have bought 2 $300 units that both ran for 10 yrs. This was a high grade industrial model that only last 15 mo. At $850. Ive been told someone would call me back 3 times with no call back. I should be spoken too, given a humidity sensor, or unit replacement. This should run 20 yrs at the cost I spent. Terrible that they wont even talk to you.

      Worse experience ever. Quick to take your money but very slow and uncooperative to return it. They have a system that flags credit cards as suspicious so they ask you to send funds via ACH or wire transfer, then they do not honor your order and add additional shipping charges, which I refused to pay. My request for a refund has been in limbo for days, they said they did it but they cannot provide written confirmation, what bank in this day on age, doesn't provide confirmation of a monetary transaction? Global Industrial's bank of course.
