      Went into a location in ********* **. located at *****************************************************************************. Sales Person was *****************************. Everything seemed fine and during my visit I asked if the Miami Super gym could perform Incline presses, and various other exercises, the answer was yes! I ended up spending $10,800 on various items! The ***** super gym did not perform the exercises like incline press at all and many exercises not very well so, not so Super.... After complaining that the system didn't work, they ackowledged that and they brought out a super small bench to see if that would work, it didn't! I then asked to exchange and buy a different system, ***************************, one of the owners kept on wanting to charge thousands on top of the exchange as a penalty and I refused. She ended up telling me to just bring hundreds of pounds of equipment back to the store for a refund as if that is a viable option. I really have no other choice but, to take further action for a breach in contract/bait n switch although I don't have the time or patience for this, I'll be doing it for all of the other customers that are in the same situation as I am. Absolutley furious about the way a decent, honest paying customer has been treted by this company!

      When customer selected an even exchange item we granted an even exchange immediately and free labor to replace machines at our expense to make him happy which is scheduled for 3/4/24. In the interest of the customer's privacy, I will not reveal the multitude of strange and off-putting emails sent to various members of our team at all hours of the day, night and weekend over the course of a few days.Customer's goods were perfectly working and always functioned as intended however he had buyer remorse. I feel thankful this customer brought complaint to ******************** to show a public record of his replacement and it will be the only one we give. The only accurate statement in his description is that these machines are very heavy and cannot be easily altered once assembled, hence our all sales final policy which we are granting an exception to. There was never an attempt to charge a penalty after the sale, he was selecting higher priced machines to trade for the machine he did not like and not understanding there was a price difference.

      They are crooks and should be prosecuted. Payed them an agreed upon service fee to come and fix my treadmill. I was told this fee included servicing the unit and diagnosing and issues. If parts were needed, they would be extra, they may have to be ordered. if they are ordered, the labor was part of the service call. It took the tech. 30 seconds to determine I needed a part. He told me the office would call with the price. He said I'll give the unit a complete service when I come back to install the part.I did get a call and I agreed to pay under $200.00 for the part. They scheduled the repair. The scheduled day came and went. I received the CC bill and it had 2 charges. One I agreed to and another over $300.00. They told me they talked to me and I knew about this charge. They charged me over $700.00 and I got nothing! No service, no part, no install and still a broken treadmill!Simply not honest people. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

      I purchased two machines three years ago. I love my machines. They work incredibly well but I did a maintenance service today, to preserve them. ****, the technician, has a wealth of information about caring for your machines. He did an in-depth service and my machines are running so smooth. Like new again.

      Purchased Inspire Ft2 trainer and upon delivery the crew decided to use my basement window as a means getting the boxes into my basement as opposed to using the stairs. They broke my window frame and wall doing so and have completely ghosted me to repay me for the $1000 in damages that they caused while delivering a machine which I paid over $5000 for.

      Have a Spirit XT185 treadmill which I purchased in July of 2021. Two motors have been replaced during time I own it. This time not only the motor but the control board is burnt out. Called and asked for tech appt. Given one, one week and one day later with a charge of $395. Technician was amazed at condition of treadmill. He wrote up a report, and submitted it. Parts are on back order which I was notified about today. No ETA given. Usually staff at Fitness Showrooms are great. Not when there is a problem. Refuse to take responsibility, pushing into manufacturer and they in turn to the seller. Would not replace lemon.

      We do not make the treadmill nor hold the warranty terms to repair or replace, that is at the manufacturers' sole discretion- it is in their own owner's manual!- we only supply labor to you for the warranty they hold with you. We have established a case to spirit fitness and refunded *********** fee. we are awaiting parts to make the repairs, we are sorry this could not go smoother. if this repair fails we will re-open a request for a replacement unit but again that is at their sole discretion. that is all we can do. So sorry your treadmill has been down for use longer than expected. ***** will supply proof of ************ and we will call you when parts arrive
