      I have asked Pepsico repeatedly to stop sending me emails but gosh it's darn near every couple of days and there's another message. I have been sending them to ***** ******** but apparently he doesn't care because I keep on getting them. I used to be a loyal customer and bough LOTS of chips, cheetos, doritoes, etc. About 6 months ago they asked me to fill out a survey. I started and when I filled in my age I was told I didn't qualify. Well number one THEY ASKED ME TO FILL OUT THE SURVEY and number two who better to fill out a survey than someone my age that has pretty much had a lot of experience with their products. Any way I have repeatedly replied to their emails and asked them to stop sending them to me. I get that notice about not having someone monitoring the computer they just sent ME a message from. They also tell me who to contact. I went to the site to use that contact info and I had to agree to cookies and didn't want to agree to that so I was unable to use that site. I next sent an email to ***** who ignored me. I despise one way computer sites. If you can send me an email I should be able to respond to that email. So knowing that they are all ignoring me and obviously don't care about customers/former customers I am asking you to contact them and TELL THEM TO STOP NOW. This has gone on long enough.

      A vending machine ate $2.50 of mine instead of issuing a refund pepsico sent me a coupon & said they are unable to issue a refund. Pepsi does not stand by their product or offer any sort of customer service for that matter. I was sent a coupon to make up for THEIR vending machine MY money only to be told by 3 different locations that the coupon is not valid. The response I got before they stopped responding was to try a 4th store. There are no live representatives to speak to, only an automated system & an email link! Whatever you do , don't buy from this company...they are a bunch of crooks that will pocket your hard earned money rather than do the right thing & issue a refund!"

      Within the last 2 weeks I have purchased a case of pepsi that is entirely flat. This is the second one in a couple of months. I purchased this case at ****** in ********, **. There have been multiple other complaints about this same issue.Product # ***********

      I bought 4 Pepsi Soda Pop, 12 fl oz, 24 Pack Cans $11.68 per case. I did a car pickup where they load it into the car and when I got home and started to prepare for the service after my mothers funeral I opened a can and noticed it had tasted off but thought it was me and my head. I have family over and they are drinking the Pepsi I provided them when my daughter noticed her can was past the expiration date we looked and sure enough all 4 cases were 39 days past the date. I called the store and they said because we had drank some of them that they didnt think they could help me and to reach out to you and it upset me and I went off.. Im not gonna lie. They deactivated my account because I lost my cool. Thats fine Ill never shop there nor will I ever buy Pepsi again if thats how this is how you guys treat people. Its sad 46.72$ Down the drain. Last thing I should be worried about after the funeral.. anyways I just wanted to share this with you guys because they wouldnt replace them nor help me so this is my last try before I post online since thats the only way to get noticed now days its ridiculous. I cant pull up my account either. I have the pops I will even send them back to you. I just want them replaced. This is ridiculous. I never buy cases! Id rather have 6 pack bottles anyways.. I think they gave me them thinking Id never notice and thats messed up to do to me. Do not call me I do social media in the day so Ill be live e-mail only

      To Whom It May Concern: Good day, I had a problem over a year ago with a coffee from ********* and had replacement coupons, however, ******* would not accept them, as they changed their policy. Then calling Pepsi again, spending some 20 + minutes with Pepsi Co. and resending new coupons to replace the bad-tasting purchase of the 2 items at *******. It was suggested to use them at **************, well having tried 3 different GD stores, they didn't sell the appropriate size and thus, the coupons were not good there either. Now 4 expired coupons later, with no resolution a 12-pack of Mountain Due was purchased more recently, and found that the bottles had shrunk up, and not sure if sabotaged or what. Now not resolved with the 2 coffees and now this, I'm not happy, being on SSI and not being able to do a lot anymore, but feel cheated in this manner mentioned above.I've taken pictures of a couple of the bottles, to see if they've got a problem, never opened, but put in the fridge, this should not have happened. In any event, we feel that both these issues are of concern and that of Pepsi Co. concern too, as with sabotage or just faulty packaging. No way would we consume the Moutain Due or the horrible-tasting ********* of the original purchases.***** *******

      On 3/31/25 I ordered a 16ct variety pack of Gatorade pods from the Gatorade store on ******. I paid $23.99. When I received my package on 4/2/25 there was only 1 4ct pack of pods. I tried to speak to ****** and they told me I needed to contact ********. I called the number and spoke to a nice lady who said she would collect my information and then I would get an email within *********************************************************************************************************** coupons in ***** days. I replied and said coupon? 3/4 of my order was missing. I want the rest of it. They replied and said since I ordered from ****** Id have to contact them. ****** told me ******** was responsible. So nobody wants to resolve my issue.

      I purchased 6 Six-pack 16.9oz bottles of Pepsi Zero. So far they all have tasted flat and old. Unsure if there has been a bottling issue here, but i have noticed the quality has decreased over the years. I would like a refund. This was at my local Dollar General.

      Pepsi been delving expired drink for most of the order, when asked about it they said they going to look into it, I spoke with ******** ***** ************ *** about 6 month ago and he told me that he will look into it and make sure it get taking care of, because of that i keep ordering from Pepsi but till now nothing been taking care of so we stopped ordering till the problem get taking care of. Today they came took the cooler without any notification and they left the drinks on the ground and told me there is nothing they can do and I basically lost the money for all the expired drink orders that i made with them in the past 2 years

Upon reaching out to the company, it was determined the customer did not meet order requirements to maintain the account and the product was not delivered out of date but rather passed its best taste date in between orders.

      I purchased a custom water bottle on 02/12/25 for $42.63. The color ordered was pastel blue and rose pink. I received the bottle on 02/27/25, however the color sent was pastel blue and pastel pink. I email the customer experience team and sent pictures as proof. They responded insisting that they sent the correct order and there was nothing further that they could do. I just want a replacement bottle in the colors that I ordered.

      I understand there can be variations but the pastel pink on your website is the same exact color that I received. It is no where close to rose pink. Look at the pictures side by side.
