      I searched online for an Aquascape spillway bowl. Several retail companies did not have the item in stock. I ordered the bowl from Marvin Garden Store in NY. The cost was $479 and I ordered the bowl on 10/19/2022. On 10/22/2022 I sent an email inquiry and sent a website message to Marven Gardens asking for tracking and shipping information. Marven gardens got right back to me and told me the item was shipped out on 10/24/2022 and gave me the bill of lading information. The item was 135 lbs. On 10/25/2022 I received a telephone call from the freight company informing me the item would be delivered on 10/27/2022. The bowl was delivered and I was very pleased it was placed on a pallet, encased in dense foam and cardboard. There was no damage at all. The delivery was perfect. I was extremely pleased with the entire transaction and shipment of my spillway bowl. This was the most seamless process I have experienced for a large heavy item. Marvin Gardens, Discount Pond Supply and ****** ******* was spot on and I would recommend their services to anyone. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. I read the previous reviews and would have to say, I did not experience the issues they reported. I will purchase from Marven Gardens again.
