    I just want to warn everyone not to trust this site. Currently, I am one or two surveys away from maybe my third redemption from them. The site is completely broken, there is no method of contact and while it's only 21 dollars or something, they are still just stealing it without recourse. The contact information varies. This "***************************" that appears in emails is completely anonymous, and any attempt to login is met with a broken update account prompt. I fully expect them to disappear in the coming months as they can barely function and have horrible reviews with Surveypolice. Please, please do not give them any of your time.

Almost all of the issues have now been fixed.I'm seeing you are registered as a member, which is great. Based on your comments, I imagine you reached out to us via our email address. Unfortunately, I'm not seeing any emails from you. If you send us an email with an issue you are encountering, please send it from the email address you have with the panel. If you are sending from another email address, or leaving a voice mail, please clearly state the email address that you have with the Life **************************** panel so we can help you with the situation you are facing.Thank you for your membership on the panel and we look forward to hearing from you if you encounter any further issues. (We aim to have a response back to you within 48 hours. Currently we have many people to get back to due to the new website roll out, so please allow us some extra time to get to your question.)
