On May 2 10:01 am I emailed the management stating my Oven in which ******* child needs to cook n heat food up with was not working and needed fixing. The management has yet to respond back via call or via email. I attached my HRA worker to the email once a week went by so they are informed im not receiving no help or response. This management tends to solely respect individuals of only Spanish or Caucasian decent and it is very wrongful. When they are tenants such as my self who rent is paid causes no issues within the building but then can't get respect n proper fixation of units this management holds. This is disgraceful and I could move I would move like today right now. Unfortunately my means doesn't allow that for *********** daughter at the moment. I just want things in my house fixed. Stove , refrigerator been needing fixing since December haven't heard ntn else of it. Fire detector been hanging out my wall for 5 years now they renovated my apartment n kept it like that. Horrible work when it comes to proper management and making sure the tenants units is to code.Customer Answer

I have a parking spot number SA15 with company Wavecrest and at since September 2024 I called the company Wavecrest ************** and looking for the department that handled the parking payments. I did have to verify if the last 2 money orders sent were received because I was notified the money I mailed certified from the post office were lost. During 2024 I never received a bill from the company; I used to pay the parking without to bill stub until the money orders issues arrived. During the call between transferring me from one department to another I was never assisted I emailed the company and never had a reply or respond. This people are extremely rude and unprofessional and not helpful at ********* they close the gate for the parking for the customers and change the access without notifying the customer not event by mail/email/call.I reached out to their employee that they had assigned to handled the parking name ****** many times and explained the situation and advised him that I did not want to see myself in an issue when I being trying so hard to reach out to address the money orders payment and address the balance. code 349 deceptive business practices at the time of signing of a lease they made promises that they never full filled for my apartment as well as 132 more apartment s in this building 18 floors . they also put this information official web page ******* ****** borough President of community board 4this was done to lure people into signing leases ,this was stated to all residents during there signing that all amenities were as followed two decks and media room this was for use of the tenants . One of deck as been locked for over a year by super who broke the original fob system so only he has access to the deck . the other has never been finished as a Form of harassment, the media room has never been open to the residents ,when first contacting the office about it they were working on opening it now they said they can do what they want , this been going on for over 6 years , they took advantage of seniors ,disable and minority groups in this building by lying to us at the time of the signing of the lease,Initial Complaint

Dear BBB Representative,I am writing to formally file a complaint against Wavecrest Management regarding two issues that are significantly affecting the mail delivery and overall service quality at our building located at *************************************** 1.Arbitrary Occupancy Requirement for Mail Delivery Wavecrest Management has implemented a policy stating that our building must reach a 5060% occupancy rate before mail delivery will be initiated. This requirement appears arbitrary and is not supported by any federal or **************************** (****) guidelines. The imposition of this rule has resulted in delays and interruptions in mail delivery for current residents, causing inconvenience and, in some cases, impacting important communications and documents.2.Failure to Conduct Required Mailbox Inspections In addition to the occupancy rule, management has consistently ignored the scheduled inspections of our mailboxes. Regular inspections are critical to ensure that mail receptacles are secure, properly maintained, and in compliance with **** standards. The lack of proper inspection not only jeopardizes the security of our mail but also directly contributes to ongoing mail delivery ********* a resident, I am deeply concerned about these practices. They have led to significant disruptions in receiving essential mail and have undermined our confidence in the managements commitment to providing a safe and reliable living environment.I kindly request that the BBB investigate these practices and take appropriate action to ensure that Wavecrest Management adheres to standard property management protocols. Wavecrest sold our building to a new company but they payment we made before selling the building they not transferring it over to the new company now it say I owe back rent but i got proof everything was paid on time and update i have no idea what to do now and WaveCrest isn't no help at all they refuse to call me back and give me informationCustomer Answer

I have had a leak in my bathroom since I moved in on 6/15/2022. Now I have mold behind my walls. The property manager will not fix the problem. I have been to the management office, emailed HPD, HUD as well as reporting it to 311. Every contractor that comes in smells the mold, sees the mold, but wont fix it. ********* winter ********* winter 2 ******* i have been complaining about inadequate heating in my apartment. Over 10 emails to management about the problem with no resolution. Multiple hospital visits for my child due to constantly being sick because of inadequate heating. Management is aware that my apartment temperature should be set at 82 degrees due to the placement of my apartment as well as the patio attached. I have made reports to the property manager with no help. The numbers and emails provided for contact do not respond. I been paying my rent for 10 years to WAVECREST management and their employees do not like to answer the phone,I have had to take off a day at work to take a 2 hour train ride from the Bronx to queens just to get a question answered because for the past ten years I rented an apartment and been paying my rent but nobody will answer the phone at all .but my rent keep going up smh .Initial Complaint

I, ***********************************, one of the people as seen in Article 1 Section 1 of the New York Constitution, Agent, with ***** of ********* for handling all the Commercial Affairs for ***********************************, do hereby need to put WAVECREST MANAGEMENT Team on Notice, may give due care: On Thursday, August 4th, 2022 from 10:00 PM until 10:00 AM, the mentally Ill lease holder residing less then 25 feet away from my apartment harassed my family and other lease holder on the second floor. Wavecrest Management know this mentally Ill lease holder behavior and ignores the danger she may cause. Wavecrest Management does NOT provide safety and protection in this building managed my wavecrest management. We do NOT an active living super in this 11 story building. Funding audit needs to be conducted. I have a disabled daughter that is super afraid of this mentally challenge lease ****************************** **. I need refund for all the hidden escrow account and get me out of this apt. They are neglecting and in context violation.
