    Terrible management company does not do their job. Leaves tenants to figure out the problems on their own it was better when it was *****!

    Moved in September 2023, so many issue with management. First they been taking the money out of my account but not applying the money to my rent. This has cause me to open two fraud cases with them within the 7 months Ive lived there, which I have won. You send emails no respond for weeks. You go in person you sitting there for hours at a time before being seen by ONE PERSON. the phones are ringing, ringing, ringing while the front desk lady sits on her personal phone. You call and the phone just rings for hours or you are on hold for hours. The amenities promised in my building arent even done only thing done is the laundry. The building has been finished since 2022 but no gym, no park. Amenities are include in my rent, my rent should be lowered until the amenities are finished like you guys promised. They dont care about the people living in the building. They dont care about the hard work people put in to pay their rent for their money to be stolen! Wavecrest management is the WORST management Ive never lived in. So many

    The roof doors are unlocked, people sleep in recycling room, no water in the entire building for over 14 hours, people sleeping in staircases, main entrance door never locked, people hanging out in the staircase and slamming the doors all types of hours, non working cameras, people tampering with the mailboxes, AND NO HEAT.....need I continue.
