  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid a $200 deposit to United States Auto Shipping Inc. to ship my truck from ******** to *******. I was quoted $500 total. After that, I was repeatedly lied to for weeks.They kept telling me a driver was on the way, sent fake dispatch forms, and made me believe the vehicle would be picked up in the next 2-3 hoursover and over. They never showed up.Eventually, they tried to extort more money from me, saying the only driver available now wanted $1,700. This is the second time they pulled this stuntclassic bait and switch.When I said I wanted to cancel and get my money back, they refused, even though they failed to provide the service. They cited hidden contract language and ignored all of their own false guarantees.This company is a scam operation. They use manipulative pressure tactics, fake documents, and constant excuses. They are misleading customers and then holding their money hostage when they cancel.

  United States Auto Shipping *** at ************************************ are a scam and uses terrible business practices to **** customers. They lie about their services and extort customers to pay much more than they invoice and hold vehicles to extort customers. I was quoted $1,600 and had to pay about $3,000 to get my car back. The broker made up all kinds of stories upon pick up and delivery to extort more money from me. DO NOT USE their services.

  If i could leave a -1 review i would! I spoke to a broker named **** as i was referred by my sister who was using this same broker for a car transport from ******, ** to ********, **, i was looking to do the opposite and have my moms car shipped from ** to ******. After speaking to **** about the referral he was more than willing to help but that was the extent of his and this companies professionalism. **** agreed to my original price of $750 since he was charging my sister $600 for hers and promised that he would have both cars delivered and picked up with no issues. Long story short on the day my sisters car was picked up the broker **** called and said the driver would not pick up her unless she paid another $200 dollars and she'd have to sign a new agreement. Not wanting to miss her flight she did it but was upset and told me. I called **** and told him that it wasn't professional the way he handled that situation and that i would not be treated the same way. He said he understood and that my price and pick up date would jot be changed. Fast forward to my moms pick up date. I called **** 5x and he finally answered and said "the driver cancelled and couldn't make it for the price we agreed on". I asked him why not and he said because it was a Friday. He literally made me miss my flight and i had to get a hotel for an extra day to make sure i was there when the car was picked up. He lied again and said the driver was in route that night or the next morning. I finally spoke to the driver who stated he was never coming for that rate and said the broker lied to me. He then said he could come the following day for $900 at drop off. Mind you i already paid a $150 deposit that **** literally begged me to send. The next day i got a random call from another driver from TK Auto Transport stating he was on his way to get my moms car between 3-5pm. When i'd already be back in ******. This driver at least communicated well and was able to help us get my mom car to ******!

  Beware of this company. They give you an 'amazing' quote, take your deposit with a guarantee of pick-up date, when the driver does not show they blame the driver/construction, and refuse to give the deposit back. Throughout the day after saying pick up was by 4:00, they couldn't get ahold of the driver, and they didn't make it by the 8:00 close time of the dealership (which also made them mad). They tried pushing me to the next day which at that point I lost all trust in the company and the driver based on how I was treated. They also wanted to charge me an additional $200 cancellation even though they did not fulfill the agreement. I recommend you pay a bit more to save stress and dealing with this company. There are many more reputable companies that will take care of you. This is NOT one of them.
