    This claim is because Capital Auto Salvage & Sales, **** Has been terrible i purchase an used transmission in $1800.00 and they sent it without the *********** and Axle sealed my Mechanic refused to install it because of it, then i called againg and told them to sent another one with everything and to please make sure that everything works, because i didn't want to wasted my money and do the process again.They sent another one with everything looking fine but it had the 2 axle sealed broken, but i didn't complaint because i was told by my Mechanic that wasn't a big deal and i just purchased the 2 axle seals and told him to go ahead and install the transmission, on december he installed it on my car and i paid $800.00 dolars for labor and the transmission was calibrate it and reset it and since the transmission was replace here are the issues that the car has. 1 a check engine light related with the transmission wich was never there before is showing up the drive motor with issues.2 the car doesn't engage when put the car on Drive and lurches forward and when is put in Reverse lurches back and sounds like a bang very bad.3 when breaking the car drives forward right after breaking.For these reason the car is not safe to drive.I called Capital Auto Salvage & Sales, **** And explain the situtaion they are willing to sent another transmission but they don't want to pay labor i asked them if they could replace it because i already paid $800.00 dollars and not willing to pay another $800.00 again and they refused to do it, and i asked them to sent me another transmission they refused to do it and this is why in filling a claim and asking 1 that they replace the transmision 2 sent me transmission and pay the labor.3 a refund for what i spent Transmission $1800.00 Transmission Replacement $800 Transmision Fluid $190.72 Because of their mistake i paid for something that doesn't work properly and is not fair that i spent all this money again.

    On 12/01/2022 and 12/16/2022 I purchased 2 engines and one transmission from Capital Auto Salvage,******************************************************************;Phone: ************ Paid by check. Check # **** for $1400.and Check # **** for $2250 ( Engine and Transmission ) . Both motors were put in the car and did not work. Both engines were making loud noises, so we removed them. Transmission it was good.I Spoke with ***** several times about both engines. and it took some time to get them. And again two other times both engines were not good. In January and the beginning of February We were given the replacement motors. But again, both engines did not work. I spoke with ***** and I told Him about that I lost my customer and they don't want to do the job anymore. He told me that he will refund the money $ ***** Dollars for both Engines. It's been almost two months. After I spoke with *****, I called numerous times and I was kept on hold without speaking to anyone. soonest they know it's me they put me on hold. I would like it if you can help me with this matter. Thank you.*************************************

    Bought a used transmission from them on 5/25/2022. There was a 6 month warranty. Started having problems mid October. Have been calling them for the past 3 weeks and keep getting run around and no answers. Paid $1,150 and expect either a replacement transmission or money back.
