    Order placed April 26th. Tracking number is **********************. Say that **** is waiting on package. Since the 8th of May. Tried calling them only voicemail. ************.     On April 1, 2025, I ordered a "Heated Oxygen Sensor" from the ****************- GM Parts website. After shipping costs it was about 105 dollars. Received confirmation email and nothing else. Order status says "in progress". Tried contact through website and calling several times. I would like the part I ordered delivered or help with a refund. Thank you.

    On April 18 I ordered a set of side steps for a truck for $539. I got a confirmation email for the purchase and on the email there a click here for order status and when I click there it says my order is in progress. I contacted them after a few days about my order and they responded saying that there was a seven day lead time on the order so I waited 8 or 9 days and sent another email and got no response sent another email a couple days later and again today and now its March 1st I am not getting any response at all.

     I did request the order to be cancelled and my money refunded. To which they emailed me back saying they were canceling my order and would refund my money and it should be back in my account in 2-5 business days. This is now day 8 and I still have not had my money refunded.

    The payment for this order has been voided. When placing an order it only pre authorizes the payment. We only collect funds when parts are shipped out. Since we never shipped the order out we never collected the funds. If you can please look on your online banking to the date of purchase you should not see a charge from us to begin with. If for some reason you do see a charge please send us a copy of the  charge so I can have our dealerships controller look into this matter for you.

    Website has inaccurate info about part fitment. The company won't respond to emails or answer the phone. When calling the dealership, they just want to transfer you to the parts number that they won't answer. The "receptionist" guy is a punk that watches caller ID and if he sees you call back again then he won't answer but instead will send you to voicemail or transfer straight to the # that nobody answers. Called from a different number and he answered and I told him to stop and he lied saying he wasn't doing that and then hung up like a mad little teenager. Bottom line is that your site has inaccurate info so I received the wrong parts and I'd like to return them for a full refund (including shipping cost) and have the company cover return shipping as the cause of this issue is inaccurate fitment info on the site. Had to file a payment dispute since nobody replies and the little boy hangs up on customers trying to get in touch with someone.

    I ordered a part for my vehicle, and they shipped a totally different part. I understand that mistakes happen, but they have made no attempt to rectify their shipping mistake. I emailed the business and received no response. I called the phone number and left a message; no response. I completed the contact form on the website; no response. I just want the part that I ordered to be shipped to me. It should not be that difficult to get the correct part shipped.

    The part that was shipped was missing the glass mirror (#7 on the parts diagram). The rest of the mirror assembly arrived and was fine, it was just missing part of what I ordered.

    The part is incorrectly listed on the website. It shows a picture of the whole assembly including the mirror glass but this part number does not come with the Glass. We took the picture of it off the website and listed it as mirror assembly only. We are going to just send the customer the glass anyway. We do not have it in stock.We will have it tomorrow and overnight it so he has it on Friday. I just sent the customer a message and let him Know.

    05/07/2024. Website said splash guards would fit my vehicle and they are not even remotely close to fitting. I've tried calling, sent emails, and filled out the form on their website for then to contact me and I've gotten no response. I would like a refund of $116.70 and a return label to return to splash guards that do not fit.

    I ordered a Front Camera for my pickup on Oct.19,2023. Order# ***** from Gmpartswarehouse.com. The order was canceled by them on 11/27/23. I was told that I would receive a refund. They did not explain why it was canceled. To date I have not received a refund.I have send email after email with no response. I've tried calling their number with no response. All I want is a refund that they said was processed. I have checked my account for the last several months. It never came.
