    I work for a custom shop, we ordered a vent duct (just 1). We received 2 and we were charged for 2. The 2nd one came in broken, and we've been trying to contact someone to return it and get our refund. This has been 2 weeks now with no answer at all from phone calls and email. They try to transfer our calls, and we get hung up on, or just flat out ignored! Can't leave any messages because most inboxes are full! Do NOT do business with this company!

    I have a return and since they know my phone number they send it to voicemail refuse to answer my call or email and I want to buy more parts but they won't take care of a return

    I ordered tail light panels and a new trailer hitch (all rusted out) for my 2011 GMC ****** 1500 extended cab. No problems at all with this company or the parts they sent based on the *** of my vehicle. I am completely satisfied. I am sorry to see others had bad experiences but mine was totally without issue. I'll shop there again. Looking at mud flaps next.**** *.****, **

    Had to return a part and Im honestly surprised this business is still open! I wish I would have read these reviews but thankfully I payed with ****** and they settled my claim in my favor. I returned the part exactly as instructed and rever received a refund. Couldnt get ahold of anyone! They dont answer the phone and mailbox is full. Absolutely horrible and a scam

    I Purchase 3-Way Catalytic Convertor fron this Site, the Part I Ordered Came at a Reasonable time, I Send the (Core) of the 3-Way Catalytic Convertor Back to the Company, But Haven't Recieved the Core Deposit back to my Account (Which is ******'ve Called the ******************** but the Calls Go to Voice mail, No one Has Replied or Returned my Calls

    I purchased a part on 1/21/24 and received an email saying it had shipped on 1/23. As of 2/14 I have still not received the part and the shipping company says they havent received the part. Gmpartswarehouses will not answer the phone, return an email, or return a call after I leave a voicemail. They charged my card $346.89. I either want my part or a refund. The order number is *****

    I had purchased an exhaust for my 2013 Cadillac. $2300. I emailed them originally about not getting a receipt, only confirmation of the order which they never replied to. They never replied but did send the exhaust system. Upon delivery, the product arrived severely damaged and unusable. I called them multiple times and there is no one there to take the calls and two emails messages have been left with no call backs or replies to the email on how to resolve getting the part returned and a new one delivered.

    I ordered 6 in-stock gaskets back on October 21st, and received a shipping confirmation stating that the label had printed via **** Three weeks go by, and nothing had come in the mail. I check on the tracking status, and saw that the package had not even shipped out. I tried reaching out to their support staff in an email asking where the package was at and asked for a refund as I determined at that point that I no longer needed the gaskets. No response. I waited another week and sent another email, still no response. I was then forced to file a PayPal dispute, which I then escalated to a claim as the seller was still not responding to the dispute notice. Apparently, they never contacted PayPal either, and was finally given my refund of $46.55 today. I am extremely disappointed by their lack of communication, and the recent UAW strike should not have been an excuse to not ship out in-stock product. Stay far away from this place and order your parts elsewhere.

    Order a part and received it almost a month later. Then opened the box to find a part that was used plus some part I never even ordered. Been trying to contact them for 4 days now. Won't return email and there phone goes to voice mail. Terrible don't recommend.

    Orders said Total $121.00 but then got charged $198.00. $77.00 to ship one state over went to *** even my charge was only $27 for the same thing.Tried to call and emailed 3 times to cancel and they shipped anyhow.I should have read the reviews first . they are shady to say the least.I would buy anything from these guys unless you call them.
