    We used Bolt Parking JFK earlier this week. We had to wait 40 minutes to get picked up at ********** to go back to our car at their lot. They blamed traffic and construction for the delay, but that's the case at *** everyday. They blamed an accident at **********. They did not blame their cheap approach to customer service, considering they were running only one shuttle that busy night. When they did arrive, it was with a black van that had a Bolt sign slapped on it on the street side of the van, when we were waiting on the curb on the driver side of the van, so we didn't even notice it was there to pick us up until the driver was yelling to get our attention. It's a clown outfit. For the inconvenience, they credited us two days, equivalent to $55, pretty pathetic customer service if you ask me. WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
