  Horrible place! All previos comments are right. The shuttle is a falling apart school bus. You dont know where your car is parked. Be aware. The place looks very insecure. Dont recommend this place.

  Found the place - looks like its a side hustle for a weed shop that shares the building. Unprofessional, gave us a form to complete, handed off the keys and they take the car to a lot somewhere. The shuttle is an old beat up ****s mini school bus - dirty, duct tape everywhere and bungee cords keeping the door shut. Upon return to JFK, I called and gave the key tag number. The guy said the bus would call us upon arrival and direct us to a pickup point in 20 minutes. I called again after 30 minutes and after 50 minutes. Gave up, ordered an Uber to take us to the address on the business / key card they provided. That address didnt seem to exist. Called again asking for the address to pick up my car - attendant gave it to me but was extremely rude. I complained I had to order a Uber after waiting more than a hour without word and he proceeded to lecture me that I was not the only person they were picking up at JFK. Uber driver was nice enough to run us another 3 blocks to the original weed shop location. Car was parked right behind their school bus. Do not use these clowns, lots of attitude.

  BEWARE!! DO NOT USE QUEENS DISCOUNT PARKING *********** PARKING ****** **************************************** Jamaica, ******** 11434!!My wife and I used this service for 5 days in July 2023. We were expecting to pull up to a parking lot or garage, but instead it was a marijuana dispensary. The attendant that greeted us was professional and courteous. Prior to giving the attendant our keys, we took a video of our vehicle in perfect condition. When we got back to airport, we called the shuttle service to let them know we had arrived as instructed in the booking email. The attendant was brash, uninformative, and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions and rushed me off the phone. I had to call back to get a description of the shuttle. After arriving back to the marijuana dispensary, we waited about 45 minutes before our vehicle was brought to us. We immediately noticed that there was some kind of dirty film on the hood, top, windshield and front passenger windows. There were also a host of small twigs in the wiper well and ants crawling all over the vehicle. As we continued to inspect the vehicle, we noticed damage to the drivers side rear quarter panel and notified the parking attendant. The attendant asked that we text pictures to the shuttle phone number, which we did immediately along with a descriptive note. He also said we should call around noon to speak with a manager. Since the day of the incident, we have spoken to three managers who never followed up with us. Not one time did anyone deny the fact that the damage occurred while the vehicle was in their possession and said they needed the owner to sign off, but almost 4 weeks later they have yet to resolve the $2700.00 worth of damage to our vehicle.

  This "parking lot" is "operated" out of a Weed Shop. It is not licensed by ******************** and should be shut down. The "lot" is incredibly small which was full at the time we arrived. Do not book through their website or way.com. You WILL lose your money. Negative 10 stars. Scam is run under the names "Best Kept Secret *** Parking" and "*** 52 Park and Fly Airport Parking" as well. The name of the Weed shop is also "52 Weed"
