    We called EverDry waterproofing instantly yesterday due to having issues with our sump pump not working correctly. Within a few hours in the same day Adam came out within the time frame he said hed be there and figured out the problem immediately and fixed it right away! Thanks EverDry for the great customer service and tending to us as quickly as possible!

    We love our basement. Everdry’s system has made a huge difference in keeping basement dry. Our yearly checks are made by competent and friendly technicians who arrive on time ! I would suggest this company to anyone having a water/ air problem.

    **** ****** of Roch, N.Y- Everdry waterproofing multi-step pressure relief system was installed by Mark and his crew.
    The crew were professional and friendly at all times, I was impressed with Mark and his crew. Everdry staff were on time everyday at the same time. I was updated on step during each process. I feel a difference in my basement no more smelling and wet basement. I recommend Evedry to anyone with a wet basement.

    We had Everdry repair our water and mold in our basement and we have nothing but great words for the company. All contacts with them is always with the most respect and l knowledge for answering any questions. Recently Gerry and his assistant came to check my battery they put in on the sump pump and explained everything so we totally understood. It was just a loose wire and they went over all the details we needed to know about it. We recommend the highly for any job you may need!!! We are extremely pleased with their expertise, knowledge, and kind contact with us! The value of their job was so great! They did make us feel very special customers and cont to do so whenever we contact them!

    We were very pleased with the work Everdry did for waterproofing. They phoned a day before for the time they would arrive - then called again in the morning to see if they could come earlier.
    We were informed of exactly what they would be doing and kept us updated throughout the day.
    William and team cleaned up thoroughly when they finished.
