    Adam was very thorough in debugging what I think was a software glitch in our newly installed 24/7 backup system that was giving false alerts regarding pump failure. He reset and tested everything to my satisfaction.

    The sump drain that is buried in the yard was not allowing the water to flow to the ditch. Ever Dry sent three teams of 2 workers each to look at, assess and fix the problem.
    Some of the water was soaking into the cement block as water was puddling up at the corner of the foundation. Water was seeping through the cinder blocks and into the basement. The 1st team looked both outside and inside to see the extent of the problem & made a 2nd appointment of their crew to find the root cause (pun intended) of the blockage..
    The 2nd crew came to find the location of the blockage and dug several places to send a snake down the pipe. This pipe is over 40 feet long and they installed a temp drain pipe above ground until they could return to dig up the old accordian style pipe and replace it wth a solid pipe of larger diameter.. They found the blockage and came back a 3rd time to dig up the entire length of the drain. All work was done by hand except they used an electric jack hammer to break up the ground. Lack of rain had made our yard very hard to dig up.
    The old drain was replaced and the new pipe installed. The dirt they dug was returned to the trench covering the new drain pipe. This took nearly an entire 8 hours of work.
    These men worked very hard and kept us apprised of their progress the entire day. When they were finished there was a very neat row about 15 inches wide of fresh dirt marking where they dug and put in the new pipe. Getting the grass to grow should not be a problem before late fall.
    We were very pleased with the results and the drain works great and the yard has a low key furrow that new grass will hide before the snow flies.

    We had some water coming thru the cement blocks. Everydry knew what the problem was and sent 2 men out to fix the problem. They had to dig down about 5 feet outside. They found a crack on the outside wall. They repaired the crack and put the soil back into the hole. When they were done it looked like it did before they came to do the job.
    They know how to fix it when you have water entering your basement.
