    I started the process of a contract with this company on Feb. 21, 2023. I was told it would take 3-4 days from start to finish. It took them 6 days. When they installed the EZ breath system the guys said that it would take 3-4 months after they finish the work for it not to continuously run. It still runs continuously and I also have a dehumidifier running that I empty 4-5 times a day.They started working on my basement April 10, 2023. I had someone come out on May 5, 2023 for they piped my sump pump out the side of my house and it's pumping into my neighbors basement. Also had them look at my floor in the basement because they where wet in spots. The guy that came out said he was going to have someone come out and fix the sump pump pipe and have them put a bubbler in. My neighbor said something to me about the water going into his basement. I told him that I called the company they came out and looked at it and told me it would be done soon. I called them beginning of June because I didn't hear from them to find out what was going on and was told I was on a call list. As soon as something cames available in my area they would call me and schedule something. I emailed Emily the middle of June and didn't get any response back. I called her around July 5 and left a message for my neighbor wants the company name to give to his attorney for this has been going on long enough and it's causing bigger problems for him. Emily called my on July 18 and gave me a schedule date for September 15th. This is how this company cares about there customers and there work that they do. When the neighbor asks again I will be giving there name out. This is very unprofessional on the companies part. I have paid over $20 thousand for the work to be done and they treat there customers like crap. I was very nice. Never complained about nothing. The workers left a mess that I just took care of myself. I had stone left all over the basement, garage and driveway. Concrete in my lawn and stones

    I purchased a home that previously had waterproofing done by Everdry Waterproofing of Upstate NY. Everdry allowed me to continue the previous warranty. Fast forward I began to notice wetness on the floor. I contacted Everdry Waterproofing of NY. I spoke with Emily who then sent out a crew to fix the problem. Dave and his crew were wonderful. They explained what they were going to do. Dave and his crew were polite and courteous. They cleaned up, and reviewed with me what had been done. Dave also checked to make sure that my washing machine wasn't leaking after they moved it to fix basement floor. I was very pleased with the service that was provided.

    Last July we had the Ever-Dri waterproof our basement. It is nice to have a dry and mold free basement.. Recently we had some minor issues. The first time Tyler came to the house. The second time Tavaris and Cliff came by for a separate issue. Both times they came within a timely manner and all was resolved.
    All were very friendly, polite and spent the time explaining and teaching a me few things I didn't know! Highly recommend this company.

    I had the Everdry team do my basement 14-16 years ago. Several months ago I had a leak in a corner of my basement. The team,Anthony and Zack, repaired it with a plastic shield and some new concrete. They were efficient and pleasant, and explained their work. Thank you. Very reliable company.

    Have had Everdry system in our basement for many years. They have made many positive improvements to their services and pumps. We had recent service to replace a float/switch. Everything went very well and we were quickly pumping again. Technician was prompt, on time, polite, and efficient.

    I have been a customer for over 30 years - longer than the BBB file was opened on Everdry. The original work left a lot to be desired, but my latest experience was 95% positive. I'd have given 5 stars if not for some foot traffic dirt and cement splatter, which was no big deal to me.

    The latest work was to dry up a corner near one of the sump wells. The workers were on time, polite, professional, and most notably, an impressive work ethic.

    I contracted with Ever-Dri several years ago because of a drainage issue in our area that caused our basement to flood. Shortly after the work was done we still had some issues. I called Ever-Dri and someone came out the next day to check the problem. The issue was found and repaired within 2 days. We have had a couple of other minor issues that were corrected within a couple of days of my calling. The only issue I am not pleased with is the french drain they installed so rain from my gutters would be directed away from the house. I had a line that drained the gutters on one side of my house to the road. They woulld not connect their system too. I agreed to have the french drain installed and it worked great for a few years. I had to call because I notice a problem. I was told the french drain collapsed, and it was not part of my warranty. I had to have another company come in and install drainage pipes so the water would be redirected from my gutters to the road. I would not recommend them installing a french drain unless it is covered by some type of warrenty.
