      Terrible customer service. We have tried for days to get in touch with anyone to retrieve our card balance - we attempted to create a login profile and were unable to; we called and emailed for support, never received it. We have called for the last 3 days trying to reach anyone to simply create an online profile AND retrieve our card balance and never hear back. This has been a terrible experience and need SOMEONE TO CALL US.

      The first prescription that we tried to fill after activating ***** through BRI was rejected because my wife's birthday was listed as invalid. We had no issues with my wife's prescriptions at this same pharmacy with the same insurance during the 1.5 years I was employed at the company. Once we switched over to ***** with BRI, this issue came up at the first opportunity. I called BRI's help desk to check if they had the right birthdate, and all they could do was "open a case with their eligibility team", and ask that I give them 5-10 business days to respond. To check on a birth date. And there's no reason it should have changed.
      I couldn't be more disappointed in their service.

      On approximately January 10, 2022, I submitted 3-4 receipts totaling
      ~$ 920 for medical expenses (****** *** and *** ******* ********) that are to be reimbursed by the FSA - Benefits Resource Inc. I have called every few weeks for months and escalated repeatedly. I have been told I have been paid back via check and if the checks got lost electronic funds are not possible. To date I have received no money and they will no longer respond to my calls. They have kept the money that we set aside, and we have now paid out 2x for medical expenses.
