    As you can see I have spent an extremely large amount of money to upgrade my car stereo system with little results. I have talked to them multiple times and have been in there even more times than that. The system still sounds nothing more than a stock stereo. For the price I paid, I expect thumping bass, loudness and no distortion, all of which I do not have.
    Even adjusting everything I can think possible many to times fix the issue, nothing really changes. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. That's a lot of money that has netted me very little. Please, please help. Thanks,

    Thank you. The problem is that I spent $2500 on car stereo equipment and it still basically sounds like a stock radio. That's unacceptable to me. I want loudness and I want deep bass which I explained to them from the very beginning. There are also parts they put in in the beginning that they eventually took out, but still charged me for. Those parts are no longer in the car. The reason it took so long to respond back is because there are quite a few adjustments you can use to try and make it sound better. It took a long time to do all those adjustments, but to no avail. Also the rattling is terrible in the back and now it's in the front too and it also sounds like my front speakers are blowing.

    The problem is they charged me for equipment they took out. The other problem is that for $2500, the system should sound top notch. To make it sound better, they will need to charge me more money that I don't have. I'd like some kind of refund at least. Thanks,
