    Wow ,
    Would Never come back or send anybody I know to the stereo rip off shop on the ridge .
    Spoke with Josh on the first visit to get a quote. Nice guy, very professional and gave me a price of $175.00 to install an amp. Either buy from them or bring in, with some extra charges for a high to low adapter at 29.99. Also amp install kit 39.99.
    I then return to make an appointment on Monday May 12th looking to meet with Josh . Unfortunately I had to deal with a rude Mr. Know it all Chris B**** . Immediately I knew this wasn't going to be good . He didn't care that I had a price quote in my hand from the store and wanted to charge me additional $ Money not quoted additional… 100 for a high to low and another 100 on top of the amp install. Giving me appox total of $420 just to install my 2 chann sub amp that's it. Not door speakers, just a small 10 inch sub with an amp. The price I was quoted from Josh total $245 installed.
    Mr Rude knows it all( made sure to tell me he's been doing this for 30 yrs and Josh basically doesn't know ****. So Mr. Chris B**** wants to charge almost double and I even asked kindly if he could work with me with their mistake mind you . I just can't believe I wasted my time with this place . Mr Chris B**** Couldn't even have the decency to apologize and work with me a little with their mistake. I was excited to get this install done instead this store does not deserve my business . Thanks for wasting my time I will be sure to tell any and everybody to stay clear from the rip of the stereo shop .
