I brought my TV in 2 months ago and finally got it back yesterday with pressure damage, visible backlight bulbs and what I thought was debris stuck under the screen (visible in pictures attached) - I am out the $75 consultation fee and the $116 cost to repair, plus the money I spent to borrow trucks from friends - the owner is refusing to give me a refund and is telling me to bring the TV back in, but they almost ruined my TV last time. I had another repair shop look at the TV, and it turns out the "debris" under the screen is damage, and can not be fixed. So, basically I paid this company approx. $200 to ruin my TV. Their solution was to remove the part they replaced, but not reimburse me for the labor (which, again, ruined my TV). There was no attempt to correct the issue, and I have text messages where the merchant acknowledged the damage and made the above reference unsatisfactory attempt to reconcile the situation (again, their solution was to put the old defective part back in, keep their labor cost, and I would be stuck with the damage they caused to the unit).

Response taken by phone:  I told the customer he needed to bring the TV back in so we could see what was wrong with it.  He refused  so we can't repair it or refund him without checking out the issue.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Look, do whatever you want with this complaint, but I am not going to let them ruin my TV more than they already have and clearly BBB is worthless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agreed to have Fix my Pc repair my laptop. I was quoted $100 - $150 and that it should only be a couple days. Not only did it take 3 weeks. The total amount came to 220.00 $. I was then told my hard drive no longer worked and they tried replacing the hard to make sure my drive isn't the problem.
1- Never gave permission to remove my hard drive. Now i don't even know if the drive i have is even mine. ( My Information is just gone )
2- I felt I was being scammed so I decided to look at the reviews. I was right ! (opinion) .Several other's had complained about their hard drive no longer. I also noticed the business if rated an F with the BBB. My goal is to create the awareness.
