    I have a court date on December 8th as I had to file a claim
    I wish I could give a lower rating. Let’s start with the fact that I pulled into the rear took the tv out and proceeded up the steps to an unkempt man who didn’t offer to help but simply told me to walk my 50’ tv to the front. Ok so he’s no gentleman I digress. Get in there and he smells like he clearly just finished smoking weed and talked very slow and charged 50 dollars just to look at it. Never once was I contacted after 5 days of nothing, I called them the line goes to another guy’s cellphone that has his v/m full so you cant leave a message. Finally someone calls back after 3 attempts to tell me what the supposed issue is. Tells me the parts will arrive on Saturday (7 days at this point) and tv will be ready Monday. No call M-F of that week while I’m calling them now the phone is saying it’s disconnected. Go over there to same dirty guy who says they are still waiting on parts. 2 weeks later I pick up my tv because its still not fixed and they are refusing to refund for parts and labor that they didn’t use or never even ordered. Filling a small claim as we speak. PLEASE NEVER GO HERE.

    I brought my TV in 2 months ago and finally got it back yesterday with pressure damage, visible backlight bulbs and debris stuck under the screen (visible in pictures attached) - out the $75 consultation fee and the $116 cost to repair, plus the money I spent to borrow trucks from friends - the owner is refusing to give me a refund and is telling me to bring the TV back in, but they almost ruined my TV last time. I basically paid $200 to have someone ruin my TV and not giving them another chance to make it worse. Also never answers the phone and terrible communication. Avoid this business!!!!!
