    Concrete Cleaners installed an epoxy garage floor for me in 2020 at a cost of $1,900. Recently, I discovered some bubbling of the coating. I have spent more than a month, asking Anthony L****** to look at the bubbling and fix it, based on a 15-year warranty promise. I have been met with a variety of excuses and unprofessional responses (see attached).
    All I want is a visit to assess and fix the problem.

    June 24 2022 Concrete Cleaners completed installing a flaked polyaspartic base coat after prepping and grinding floor of a 2 car garage. I called in July and August explaining g how unhappy I was with final outcome. I left a message with Anthony asking that he come and look at the floor and observe the depressions in the floor, not at all level and looks nothing like the picture in his brochure. Left me a voice mail that he would call by end of the week and set up a time for his foreman to come look and see what he could do. This was mid August. No call or appts. We paid 2947 dollars for that job.



    In addition we had our patio and sidewalk pressure washed and sealed on June 20. Anthony did that himself. We had quite a few bubbles with the sealant and a spot on sidewalk was missed. The men who did the garage floor said they would be back the week of July 4 to take care of issues with that job. Did not show up or call. That job cost one thousand fifty dollars. Would like repair
