  Anthony (owner) has zero integrity as a business owner. Horrible garage resurfacing job - bubbling, cracking in less than a year. Zero prep work done, as attested to independently by a garage resurfacing company. For over a year he has been unresponsive or made false promises - time and again he doesn't follow through. And when he was served a demand letter for small claims court he proceeded to flat out lie about his contacts to me and that I have cancelled multiple times (absolute lies). He then proceeded to tell me he'd be over the next morning to which I (again) accommodated him changing my Memorial Day weekend plans the last second - however, he yet again no-showed and didn't even have the courtesy to contact me. A pattern of behavior for over a year. You are rolling the dice if you go with him. And now he is going into avoidance tactics to prevent receipt of a small claim summons. DO NOT go with Concrete Cleaners - you will regret it!

  WARNING: BUYER BEWARE!!!
  Concrete Cleaners coated my floor 3 years ago (June 2021) and it now is blistering in multiple places. I took photos of a typical blister and sent to Anthony L****** as part of a warranty claim (10 yrs) to have the spots touched up and prevent further spread. On the 1st agreed date to touch up the spots, Anthony did not show up on the time he said. When Anthony arrived a couple days later, I showed him the spots that I marked to make it easier for him to touch up. Instead of touching them up, Anthony wanted to re-do the floor for extra $$$. I made it clear that I just wanted for him to touch up the spots, and Anthony agreed to come back (AGAIN!) to do the work. Anthony was NO CALL / NO SHOW on the agreed day (complete waste of my time)! I tried multiple times to call with no call backs. In a final text string, Anthony declined to touch up the spots with unprofessionalism, accusations and intimidation tactics… I have discussed with other floor coating companies, and they stated they stand behind their product/workmanship and would have refunded or repaired my floor for no extra charge….BUYER BEWARE!!!

  I have went this customers house several times to rectify, the floor has been neglected and was the absolute dirtiest i ever seen a garage. i offered to redo the garage for simply “inflation” costs even with your neglect of the investment.
  Also, you contacted me drunk and after business hours screaming which made my crew feel very uncomfortable working for you. as you stated i showed up to rectify and made us feel very uncomfortable. i suggest no contractor ever deal with you.
  I offered solutions , and ******* ******** would not warranty a neglected floor. i am
  not willing to put a bandaid on your problem , i suggested a solution. seems as though your alcohol abuse has gotten the better of you.

  Concrete Cleaners did a lousy job on my garage floor. I tried to get it corrected for over 2 years with little to no response from the owner Anthony Leccesse. I took him to court and got a judgement from the Ogden Town Court and Anthony Leccesse failed to pay the judgement as ordered by the court. Watch out before using this company because their customer service really sucks.

  Garage floor, Concrete Cleaners installed a epoxy floor on May 7, 8th, 2021. When the salesman stated that a sand grit was supposed to be placed on the floor to avoid slipping, The floor was extremely slippery as soon as water, snow was on the floor making it a slippery hazard for me and my wife as we are seniors. It was super slippery during the winter. I called concrete Cleaners to express my concerns in spring and they came over and stated that they would redo the top coat and add sand, which they did, the only problem was that new top coat was just as slippery as the original and I complained that it was still a hazard and now the floor is cracking and blistering. I called and they would not acknowledge me I have a transcript of the calls and replies and you can clearly see how they have avoided, me and they where not honoring the warranty on the floor. I called a competitor, and received a quote to have the floor repaired and they told me that they could not repair the floor because there materials would not work with the materials concrete cleaners uses. They stated that the floor would have to be replaced for $4200. (Installed May 7, 8th, 2021 - redone May 24, 2022) Blisters found Oct 3rd

  The team at Concrete Cleaners transformed my garage and provided the perfect solution to my basement remodel. I originally hired Concrete Cleaners to repair and epoxy the garage floor. The garage was so badly pitted that I couldn't even sweep it clean. To my amazement the garage floor is now smooth, flat, clean and beautiful.
  The garage floor came out so good that I had them use the same color and continued it into the finished walk out basement. I am so pleased with the result and would highly recommend Concrete Cleaners.
