I am providing a timeline (see attached) trying to work with ******** ****** (Sister Company to Superior Plus Propane). Very poor service and unwillingness to help resolve and respond to my requests. I also asked for a refund on my account that had a credit of $561.72 on 8/23/2022, which is still pending.Business Response

July 26th, 2022 I ended my business relationship of 20 years with Superior Plus Energy and requested that they come and pick up their tank. A week later I called again, only to find out a "work order" for the pick up had not been initiated like I was told. I told them their tank was on private property and it was in the way, that I wanted it picked up or I would be charging them for storage. The tank has 60% product in it of which I am entitled to a credit and
of which I am not receiving any interest on. Today is August 19th , their tank is still here and I have been on hold for 45 minutes so far to try and again request a pick up.
If I was to be late paying a bill they would have no problem charging a late fee-----why do I have to wait for a pick up and a credit?Business Response

On 7/15/22 ******** ******* delivered propane to my house. ******** ******* left me a bill for $$237.39. I promptly paid the bill on 7/26/22 via electronic check #*******; confirmation numbe* ***********. Today I received two past due bills from Superior Plus Propane. I called Superior and informed them that I paid the bill. Superior said they must have credited the wrong account and asked me to call my bank for the confirmation number. I obtained the required information and called Superior back, only to now be told that I MUST email them a copy of all the information or they will not assist me. I have no desire to set up another email account for a propane bill I get maybe three times a year. The customer service rep refused to help me unless I emailed the information. Furthermore, unknown to me, there has been a $39.89 credit on my account for several months. I was unaware of this credit. This credit never showed up on any of my prior bills, yet obviously it has been there for some time, months perhaps. I asked that my credit be returned immediately so I can use it to pay my electric bill and I was told I would have to wait a month. That credits are only refunded once a month. Imagine if I told Superior I only paid my bills once a month, they'd report my late payment to the credit bureaus. I tried calling the 800# and ***********, but the voice prompts force you to talk your regional office and not headquarters. If you don't enter your billing zip code, you cannot speak with anyone.Business Response

On 5/6/22 178 gallons of propane priced at $590.92was delivered to ** ******* *** ************** *** We reside at ** ******* *** The bill had my wife's name (***** ******) and account #*******. I only knew of the delivery because my neighbor placed the bill on our front door. He told me a few days later that the propane had delivered to his home (** ******* ***) Neither my neighbor, nor my self had placed the order. So around 5/10/22 I took the bill to our local office (**** ********* **** Tallahassee) and explained the situation. The lady told us she would take care of it, and not to worry about it, and was apologetic. I thought the issue had been resolved until 8/1/22 we have a bill in our mail that was addressed to ** ******* *** which tells me the address on our account had not been corrected. Our neighbor got the bill first and wrote a note on it for the postal service that it should go to ** ******* **.
On 8/2/22 I called the number on the bill and spoke with a Kylie, and explained that the account address and billing needed to be corrected, She said she would send over an email and someone would call me. I asked her to look at the account, and confirm the address which she did which was still incorrect. I asked if she could correct it? Her response was "I'll send an email over. (Still haven't gotten the call). On 8/3/22 I went back to our local office and the lady said "did you get another bill"? Told her yes, (she didn't want to look at it) and it had extra charges now ($602.74) and a letter stating our account was past due and could be put on hold. She said they are so slow getting changes. Just throw it away and don't worry about it. She had our account with correct address and zero balance.
This has been extremely frustrating with the lack of help getting this resolved.

I contacted this company on July 25th 2022 regarding services to change my oil tank to propane. I spoke to a representative and she said they offered free estimates and that I am welcome to give my address to get a free estimate. After I scheduled that, and hung up I got a email saying there was a hard inquiry to my credit. This company ran my credit as a hard inquiry without my permission.Business Response

report. As a note, ******** does not report back to the entity who made the
inquiry. Therefore, it will be incumbent upon Mr ***** to follow up with Experian

I have been trying to get my refund from here since December 21.i have called them so many times.they keep telling me they call me back.never dose.i filled my gas tank up and payed for it.i called to tell them I sold the house ** ********* ** ************* ** *****.they was supposed to went out and lock the tank.and the new owner would have to purchase the gas in the tank. But they did not do so.and now I'm getting bills for the new owner gad bill.this has cost my some more health issues with my depression.
