      I was initially impressed by the organization, detail, and illustrations at the Rock Bottom Golf website. Then I found very competitive prices and good selection. I received my entire order very promptly.

      Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I had an apparent issue with a purchase I made through ***** for the purchase of golf equipment at RBG. I must have made the purchase Rock Bottom Golf (RBG) as a "guest" instead of thru my account - so I had no back-up information on the purchase and did not recognize it when I was reviewing my ***** account 6 months later. I called ***** for more detail, which they did not have. They asked if it was a fraudulent purchase. I replied I was not certain, but it did not look familiar to me. They told me to contact RBG. I sent an email to RBG asking for information on the purchase and RBG responded in 2 hours. I wrote back indicating I recognized the purchase ($230) and it was correct. What I did not know was that ***** also sent an email to RBG indicating the purchase was being flagged as potentially fraudulent. Then I received another email from RBG about the notification from ***** and the possible "fraudulent claim". I responded by saying that I already wrote them indicating the purchase was legitimate and was in fact, my purchase. It didn't end there. I received another email from RBG indicating I was committing theft for claiming the purchase was fraudulent (it was ***** that contacted them indicating it was being flagged for potential fraud). I then received additional emails from RBG indicating they were closing my account and would contact the police to file a theft charge. I begged them to do that so I could sue them - given I had the trail of emails as evidence of the communication and my acknowledgement of the charge being legitimate. Never heard back, no apology and my account has been closed. I don't care about that, I would never do business with them again anyway. My credit score is 830 and I'm sure they looked that up since I show an inquiry into my ******** score at the same time this was going on. I won't do business with idiots.
