      In Oneonta AL there was a back door deal with the city officials that will not allow them to install the fiber internet which I had in Rural Alabama. It's unfortunate because the cable internet we have in a very affluent neighborhood isnt high quality, costs more, has more service drops, and overall value is poor. Nonetspeed, cant give me a straight answer on "their" reason on why they cant install fiber.

There are no agreements in place that would prohibit us from bringing fiber to any specific location within the state. We will follow up with the you directly regarding your accusations of misconduct by GoNetspeed and the City of Oneonta which we unequivocally deny.

      I am updating my previous review. That was written when service was installed and there was a glitch with the phone. Anytime I have had to call with any questions or concerns they have been quick to respond and resolve any issues. The internet has been great. There were some glitches with the phone but that seems to have been resolved. Customer service has been prompt and excellent!

      From my initial phone call to request service to the final installation, the entire process with GoNetspeed went very smoothly. Upon purchasing my house, I discovered that all the lines, including power lines and cable TV, were buried. Given this, the first technician who visited my property quickly assessed that I would likely prefer a buried fiber cable installation instead of an aerial one. However, due to the property's enclosed wall, this presented a challenge and would have required additional time and cost on my part. I informed him that I needed some time to consider my options. The following day, I received a detailed follow-up email from GoNetspeed, outlining all my installation choices, which I greatly appreciated. After discussing it with my wife, we decided to proceed with the aerial installation. On the subsequent day, another technician arrived to perform "the drop" and connect the fiber cable from a street pole to my house. He executed everything neatly. A final appointment was scheduled for a technician to complete the installation. He arrived promptly at 12 PM, right at the beginning of the specified time window, eliminating the need for extended waiting. His work was impeccable, and he placed the box inside my house exactly where I had requested. As a perfectionist, I pay great attention to detail, and I couldn't have done a better job myself. Both the outdoor and indoor work was exceptionally neat. A few days ago, I sent an email to the CEO to express my satisfaction with the entire process, as detailed above. I was pleasantly surprised when he responded personally, making me feel truly valued. Overall, I am extremely pleased with GoNetspeed. I can't think of a single negative aspect to mention. It's a shame that I can only give them 5 stars.

      Unhappy in CT! Please dont get. Ask the correct questions. a Door to door salesman came and sold me a bunch of untruths and when I realized i was just a quota for them to make for the day, i decided to cancel and now they are giving me a hard time coming to get their equipment that is in my bed room mounted on the wall with bright lights that are keeping me from sleeping at night. There is so much more bad news and lies with this company I am not happy. They also sent me a bill for $100 after 5 days of service.

      Since I posted this review i was contacted by a representative of GoNetSpeed who assured me that the sales men do not work for them. they came and removed their equipment and took care of the bill.Since they are a new internet company, it is to be seen if corrective measures regarding training will be taking going forward. I thank them for getting back to me so prompt and taking care of the bill and the misunderstanding.

      As a customer of GoNetSpeed since 2021, I had always enjoyed reliable service—until a recent hiccup left me disconnected and frustrated. One evening, my internet abruptly vanished, and subsequent attempts to contact customer service that night didn't connect. The next day GoNetSpeed's customer service team reached out multiple times, displaying a genuine commitment to resolving the issue. Not only did they restore my service promptly, but they also surprised me with an account credit as a gesture of goodwill for the disruption. This swift and considerate response not only fixed the technical glitch but also reinstated my confidence in GoNetSpeed. Their willingness to go above and beyond to make things right demonstrates their dedication to customer satisfaction. Their customer service team and the technician they sent to fix my issue (a bad flat cord) deserve 5 stars! I will remain a customer for as long as internet is needed!
