    I have received no response to compaints about driveway sealing in 2024. The sealant / crackfiller totally disintegrated creating a mess in the driveway. Cracks are filled with cumbled sealant and tiny black crumbles cover the driveway. (See pictures) We have sealed the driveway annually for 45 years and never had an issue like this. Not only did the job fail to protect the driveway, it created a huge mess.

    Magic Seal eventually refunded me for the defective service (on 6/22/25) after the case was closed.

    In September I had them come and seal my Driveway, they charged me $187.92 and I paid the bill that day over the phone. Then a few weeks later then send me a bill saying I owe another $80. I have called multiple times and every time they said a supervisor will call me back but they never do. They have been threating to send the bill to collections and have added a late fee on it, but they refuse to talk to me about it. I have tried email, phone calls, fb messages, and nothing. Just promises of a call back and then ignored. They are trying to charge me for a fake bill. I paid the bill in full the day of.
    I have attached my CC statement, the FB chat and the most recent letter they have sent.

    BBB spoke to the business owner and the following was relayed:We removed the balance owed.  The balance that was owed is not in collections any longer.The balance was technically owed to us, because it was the remaining part of the price that was originally agreed upon.  I can send a copy of the paperwork.  However, we are making a one time, special exception to be done with this transaction.  Please encourage the customer to take his future business elsewhere, as we believe that would be best for both parties moving forward.  Thank you.

    My driveway was sealed on 7/15/2023. It started with the crew taking a string trimmer and chopping the bottom 6” off on expensive plant on the side or the driveway. When I brought this up to the own we, he told me that I should have moved it off the driveway. Second, there were 4 bags of grass clippings on the driveway. He moved them, but instead of putting them on the grass, he threw them in one of my flowerbeds on top of my plants. His excuse saw that the flowerbed looked old and nothing was living. Third when the took a machine, a high speed blower on wheels, to clean off the debris, they blew everything against my new car. Dirt, grass, rocks, everything against the passenger side.
    When I talked to him, all he did was try to defend what actions he took. He had no regard for other people’s property. He refused to take responsibility for any of his actions and attempted to place the blame on me. He refused to hear my side of the store and eventually he hung up on me.
