    Their sales flyer says “100%guarantee” and it shows a “BBB Cares” emblem ( giving the impression they are accredited by the BBB which they are not.
    My drive was sealed 9/23 and the seal is off in several areas. In a phone call, I was told repeatedly, “ we give no guarantees,” “ you need to seal every year” (which their web site says is not the case). Essentially they do not stand behind their shoddy work.

    Beware! Inferior Product!
    I had my driveway, sealed by Magic Seal in September 2023. Five months later there's all but a few black spots on the driveway everything else has flaked off. After multiple attempts trying to contact the company to get information they would not return my phone calls. They went completely ignored. They deserve to be called out on their inferior product as well as their lack of customer service. So watch out!

    this company quoted me a price over the phone and then left a bill double what was quoted. When I tried to contact them by phone they did not respond. I then sent a check for the amount that was quoted (plus tax) and then a woman called and said she had only one call from me which was May 8th and denied that anyone would have given me such a low quote and 'I have searched thru over 4000 calls and have only one from you (meaning me). I am sending them a screen shot which shows at least 9 calls between them and me since May 8th. I am not sending any more money - they messed up and just won't admit it. I

    They never showed up to seal the driveway after a phone call telling us to be ready the
    next day. They never showed up . Two weeks later , they sent me bill for 135 dollars!!!
    I called to inform them . They said manager would call .......no call
    Stay away from this outfit.

    This company sealed my driveway I requested holes to be repaired. They did not repair these even though paid extra for this service. Suggest to hire a different companies

    I received their estimate and they set up a date and time, But they never showed up.
    They are very unprofessional !

    Worst customer response I ever put up with. It took over a month of calls, texts and emails to get them to come see my issue. The representative told me I live on a unique street because there are trees. His one and only explanation for huge bubbles (actual holes )and cracks on my new driveway is trees. I researched the problem and it all points to poor installation. He offered no resolution other than more money to make repairs. I have used magic seal for over 23 years. NEVER AGAIN ..customer loyalty does not mean a thing
