    Worst payroll company.
    Customer service has been terrible.
    Multiple mistakes with employee tax details.
    All very concerning.

    I Cannot Begin to tell you how bad this payroll service is. From day one they mishandled my account from paychecks with my signature to getting non sealed paychecks without my signature, to them debiting my payroll thru my LLC name on my bank statement. Pam L********* in a phone conversation told me she didn’t care about my employees or my payroll all she cared about was receiving money for the company. After telling her I would find someone else she said “ That’s fine I don’t care either way”. The company then deposited one employees paycheck for 3 weeks into another employees account. Their resolution was for me to take the money from the employees account, at which time I informed them that this is their mistake and they should be refunding me the over payment not the employee that did nothing wrong. They then said they would credit my account, which was a lie and they debited my account for the money with no credit from them. After speaking with the Vice President Paul T*****, Who treated me as if they did nothing wrong, He went on to tell me that the employee was to blame and that they would not be crediting my account. I was met with a lot of “ Oh come on ****” and him losing his temper with me. At which time I told him that if there was to be no credit I would be looking for a new payroll service and his answer was “ Well Happy Trails”. This Company is very unprofessional, The Customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered, zero accountability, disrespectful, and rude on multiple occasions including the Vice President of the company. The worst part is the entirety of my time using this company I did not have one week of payroll run smoothly. I CAN NOT SAY THIS ENOUGH DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Do your company a favor and pass on this payroll service!
