      I want the property management people to rectify the situation by allowing me to move fix a thing, for instance my kitchen sink has been broken since two months after they “renovated”. If you see these people RUN … do not walk. To top it all off, I found a lovely private landlord so that I may move out of this volatile situation I am in being that I have a 1 year old child. And Sydney at their leasing office took it upon herself to smear my name to the new landlord and give me a poor review. 5 years of rental history down the drain because they are siding with the downstairs neighbor because I am a person of color and she is Caucasian.

      Me and my wife have been leasing in event space from the management company Jettison Property since December 2023. We have spent well over $10,000.00 in rent and there are consent water leaks, trash being left in the hallways. We are very frustrated and just tried of the many problems that are hindering are business to be successful.

      Thank you for your concerns. We have reached out to all tenants and have swiftly made the fixes that we could. We have answered every maintenance request in a timely manner and sending maintenance techs out to the property for repairs. Unfortuntely at this time, the owner has sold the building and this building is no longer under our management.

      Kept my things from me I keep calling and getting no answer just voicemail and no response now ******** cable contacts me for the equipment 299 charges. I want my things. 241-1200 ***** ****** my social worker also tried getting a response and left a message the only thing we can do

      Jettison Real Estate owned storage facility, ***** **** *** ****, ***. engaged in retaliation tactics against myself, a long-time customer. Ms. Rhoda N****, employee of storage facility, forced the termination of my storage unit leases and forced my move out, by informing me that I must move out all my property by September 30, 2022, due to the false narrative she provided to the business owner. After several unsuccessful attempts in reaching a person at Jettison Real Estate to make them aware of what they were allowing to occur at this facility by Ms. N****, I am now asking the Better Business Bureau for help in resolving this matter. Jettison Real Estate enabled Ms. Rhoda N**** to behave unprofessionally and target a customer. All false accusations made and retaliation methods used by Ms. N****, were in writing and attached to this complaint as supporting documentation. Due to Ms. N****'s irrational behaviors and the concern for my property, I have relocated all belongings to a different storage facility by the deadline set by Ms. N**** of September 30, 2022. I am asking for Jettison Real Estate to reimburse me all costs associated with this event. Finally, the units at ***** **** *** ***** **** were paid ahead by several months. Jettison Real Estate also owes these monies to me. More supporting documentation can be provided if needed.
