      I relocated to Rochester, NY from Buffalo NY and this company was very helpful to me, they made my process very easy. Once our relationship was established, I then moved again to a different property of theirs. Whenever I put a request in, it's taken care of, if I have an issue payment, they don't breathe down my neck about it. Sometimes I have to pay late, I communicate that and when asked when payment is to be expected, I give them a date and stand by that. They did indeed show my apartment to other potential residents (compensated me as well on their own accord), it was never a problem for me to help as they have been there for me since Day 1.
      I am eternally grateful to rent from this company and I appreciate everything they do and take nothing for granted.

      If I could give a ZERO that would be my star. When first met, I really DID like them. I allowed them to use my apartment for viewing, for potential residence. They had a professional photographer take pictures of my apartment and utilized them for advertising. Their website, **********, ******. I asked for nothing, (at that time). Long story short, I fell 2 months behind on my rent due to unemployment. Started a new job, worked hard to get caught up because they wanted to evict me?? I found a cheaper apartment still within their availabilities, so that I could transfer my account, pay lesser rent to get back on my feet. A day before my debt was paid they rented the apartment to someone else?? Going forward I DON’T TRUST THEM! And will be looking for legal advice. DON’T TRUST THE SMILES AND WORDS SPOKEN…..ALL FAKE just to get the money!
