    We purchased a patio roof extension, the experience with this company was awful. They advertise that they are a **** Certified Distributor and they are not. The warranty I have states that they are **** Certified. We have had leaks and we have only had this since November. The owner mark refuses to come back and fix the leaks. I have him on video telling his employees to cut corners and do the project wrong, unless my wife and I catch it at that point they can do it right. He tried to over charge us and stated that what we asked for wasnt what the contract stated. He completely bait and switched what his brother the sales person stated. If you check the ****** reviews you will see this has been common practice for him the past year. He seems to take the money and not return calls or fix issues even with the warranty. **** has notified me that they are sending him a cease and desist. You need to review him being on the BBB, this business is shady and the owner is the ring leader. He also, drilled into my patio in the incorrect spot and only filled it with silicone. He takes 0 responsibility for anything.

    Mr. ******* , complaint is  ridiculous, there was no bait and switch , his contract never stated we were using **** products as since covid we have had to use other sources and manufactures to fill orders.He has a pro home and sunrooms  warranty the only thing was the old logo showing us being a **** authorized dealer was still showing on logo , which has been fixed.It was never put in any contract we were using **** products.Also we have sent service man to his home to address any repairs .So this is not correct

    Response taken by phone:  I sent them a video of the leak and they came to inspect it.    They never came back to fix the leak after acknowledging the issue.

    Installer came back next day , has left messages for homeowner but not received a call back, as explained by installer weather must permit repair as it needs a period of dry warmer days to correct his little drip

    he can return Chris the installers call anytime

    Had Screen Room Install Guy window track owner told me he would take care of it. It’s now a year and a half later and Mark Tait is not answering calls or text so he’s left me high and dry.

    Response taken by phone:  I apologize for the delay.  Our website has been hacked and all calls are routed through the website.  I was able to get in touch with the customer and I plan to take of this by the end of the week.

    Mark t*** from pro home and screen room showed up today took measurements told me it would be fixed this year told me to knock it off with review crap all I can say it a waiting game hope he shows up he left very pissed off. So if this case can be left open I would appreciate it
