    Less than one star if i could. We have leaks and I have called mark for 8 months and no one has come out to fix them. roof is 8 months old. Time for legal action.

    We found this company at the Buffalo Home Show in 2022. We thought we were safe and thought that the companies in the home show were vetted. We had them come out to our home and give an estimate to build on a 3 season vinyl window sunroom. We signed a contract for 30,911.20 and they agreed to begin work in July, 2022. We gave them a deposit and withheld 5000,00. They never got started (after many phone calls) until after we left for Florida in December 2022. While we were away from our home and spending the winter in Florida, they called and said they were finished and wanted the balanced. At this point we voiced our concern that we did not have the chance to inspect the work. He pressured me to wire the money to pay for it and promised they would come back if there were any problem. I told him that I wanted to withhold 1000.00 but when he was telling me the numbers, I ended up sending him all of the remaining balance. Boy, was I stupid. Well, there were problems. There was a problem with the gutter which drained all over are patio, there was a leak where the addition joined the house in the corner which still leaks, the windows don't close at the top in 3 sections. The door doesn't close properly. There are bolts sticking out that were supposed to capped off. Also, we need a replacement window for one of the sections (which we don't even want them to pay for) that they will not order it or tell us where to get one. I have called, texted, sent pictures and they refuse to answer me. At first they made promises to sent someone out when they had someone in the area. They did one time but didn't do anything and said they would come back. I believe we will just stop trying to contact them and I probably will but I would never recommend them to anyone and although I would like them to come back and repair the concerns listed, I would as the very least worn other of this fly by night company. I would not want anyone else to go through this.
