    If I was allowed to give this place - Empire State Radiology ZERO stars I would. I had an x-ray performed on 4-16-25. Billed to my insurance 4-24-25. My insurance (Cigna) processed and paid the claim 5-1-2025. Can you imagine the outrageousness of this place to send my service to COLLECTIONS?!?!? I have been harassed and threatened by Empire Radiology's collection agents - PT Collections for payments overdue?!?!? Today is 5-19-2025! This company engages in hostile and aggressive collection practices. When I contacted Empire State Radiology they informed me that the bill was not paid. When I asked WHY the bill was sent to collections without proper verification and confirmation and that the bill was paid they tell me that I need to prove it!!!! This is crazy and horrible. I have launched a grievance with my insurance and I urge anyone who sees this to STRONGLY consider using another company other than Empire State Radiology. They are a horrible company with medieval equipment, horrendous customer care and catastrophic and predatory billing practices. Please beware.

    I received two texts pertaining to requests for payments on two separate occasions There were no details but the amount they claim was due. I checked my health coverage and both claims were paid to them Is this a scam or what?
