    I am a level Solar customer that was taken over by **********************. For about a month and a half since 7/21 my inverter has not been working and I was never notified that it wasnt working properly. I found out by getting $600 plus **** bill back to back months. I was told that the new inverter will be coming 9/6 to be installed but theres no guarantee. After talking to SUNation about crediting my account for the lost solar that I have lost out in since 7/21 they told me that they will have to have a meeting with level solar in regards. When asked for phone number for myself to contact them phone number was not given was only allowed to submit for return phone call. My account should be credit the proper $$$ amount based on the daily average over the past 6 years of having this system. Now Im waiting for level solar to contact me to discuss further more which SUNation told me they never credit anyones account. Im extremely annoyed with the way this is being handled I got solar so I wouldnt be getting these outrageous **** bills.

    Since ********************** system was down, he was placed on a billing hold or freeze. On August 15th the homeowner's bills were placed on hold, this was for July energy production. SUNation is working with ************* the new owner of Level

    systems to get ********************** equipment as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the equipment is on backorder due to supply constraints. ************ is handling any reimbursements at this time and they are aware of the situation.
