5 starsI did my diligent research before choosing Sunation. The 1st consultation I had was for a lease with ****** and you don't own these, will not receive tax credits and in 20 years your electric bill will be $400. New owner would have to take over a high lease or your responsible for balance. My 2nd consult with Empower who added equipment that wasn't necessary like a smart panel and a battery. I met with Sunation and they did not try to up sell me on anything and they were honest, professional and everyone from their office is eager to please. I was given my federal state tax credits right off the price via a bridge loan where you pay them back when you get your tax credits. No payments on bridge loan for 18 months which gives you plenty of time to submit your tax credits. Sunation also gave me $1000 off. They included every piece of equipment I needed. They will help you through entire process from start to finish. They monitor your solar energy for 1 year and they will know 1st if anything goes wrong. They have a performance guarantee, a workmanship guarantee and a product warranty. They tell you how much energy you'll produce with your panels and they guarantee this amount. They analyze your bill from Pseg and analyzed what my home needed as far as energy. If you do encounter an issue service comes out to check everything and any needed parts are in their warehouse. Some reviews for other contractors said service took a month to check it and 2 months for parts. They did not adhere to performance gurantee and owner lost all their energy. Sunation has great products. If one panel has any issues, all the other panels are not effected. Installation was perfect and the workers are not subcontractors. They are Sunation employees. It only took 4 hours to install and I've been up and running. They give you the best app that shows you everything related and how much energy your using and what you have produced. 5 stars***** and his crew did a phenomenal job with roof stripping down to bare plywood and new roof installation on June 1, 2023. ***** guided his staff to do excellent work. Drip edge all around. They were all professional and courteous. Architectural shingles and mod bit roofing. Replaced delaminated plywood making the roof structurally sound and ready for solar panels. I highly recommend ***** and his SUNation roofing crew.SUNATION solar panel installation was completed in one day on June 6, 2023.**** and his crew were prompt, professional and very informative. The crew took the time to find the rafters for the rt mini bracket installation. Solar panels look fantastic (pictures below). 42 recom 400 watt panels were installed.**** reviewed all aspects of install and explained next steps. Highly recommend SUNATION for solar panel installation. BTW *********** *********************** was exceptional. Everyone I dealt with at SUNATION was extremely professional. 5 starsI had my second install with Sunation yesterday at my new house. The team during and before the install were very helpful, professional and courteous. **** was great! She was always there to answer my questions in detail through out the entire process. Anytime I emailed her I always received a professional and courteous response! During the install *** did a great job! *** was also at my first install and I knew I was in good hands when I saw he was part of the crew! Everyone in this company from ***** my sales representative to **** to *** to ***** truly appreciates their customers! They make the process of going solar as stress free as possible! If you are thinking of going solar go with Sunation! 5 starsBy far and away, SUNation is the one stop shop for everything Energy related. From the Tesla Powerwalls, to the black on black solar panels, everything they installed compliments my home and keeps us worry free.
