      Absolutely a disaster to deal with. Sent wrong windows and advised "install them anyway" we can change out later. Unfortunately, they sent wrong sashes 2x and only 2 sashes that were replaced didn't align correctly and made the windows not close and open correctly. They tried to blame it on the installer even though the original sashes opened closed fine.At this point they are still insisting on sending me "correct" sashes even though I tell them it's not a valid solution. I would like to be refunded for my windows that were sent incorrectly.

      My wife and I replaced our front window and front door and decided to go with Pella. What a mistake. We received sidelights without the obscured glass. We placed our order in August and paid 95% up front. We installed in January. The sales rep *************************** placed the wrong order after we finalized the door design a few times. We did not receive our door handle. The nest lock which was mentioned up front would not auto lock because the openings were off. The window trim was not received and ********** wood was installed primed and said we dont t paint. I protested the job and refused to pay for the balance. Pella scheduled my replacement sidelights and corrections for mid March. The service PM came on-site verified the delivery of the products and said see you next week. Next week nobody showed up. Rescheduled for the next week. Moldings were still not professionally done by Pella. Had to fight for $950 refund and still not happy. STAY AWAY. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND PRODUCT! Avoid at all costs.
