    I ordered flags in August of 2022. Charges were placed on my card and nothing since then. I have tried to contact them but no replies….ever. I have given up at this point. They deserve less than 1 star.

    I ordered several flags on September 12, 2022. The $70.20 was deducted from my account immediately. Have tried to contact them by phone and email with no response. Wish I would have checked these reviews before I pressed the button to buy. Is there any recourse at this point?

    Ordered two flags on August 29, 2022 and have received no information regarding my order. There is not a customer support number to call so I disputed the charge with my CC company. After 30 days they have not responded to my CC co.

    For claiming to be a Veteran owned company, this is one of the worst places to order flags AMERICAN made. You get no response from emails. Phone lines are non-existent, when I call it rings twice then goes blank, nothing. I would like a refund on order #52635. We are an organization working on DONATIONS only and don't have the money for scams like this company puts on. BBB should shut it down and pull their license. I will be contacting the city of Rush NY to try to get them closed down

    In May of this year 2022 I ordered flags. They almost immediately accepted the charge card and deducted it out of my account. I tried contacting them in June and July and got no answer. I believe that I got scammed. Please help me. Thank You, ****** **
