    My husband ****** ********** ordered a Flag and Pole from Cavalry flags ON October 4,2021. He paid them $450.93 via our Credit Card. Neither the Flag or the Pole was ever received. We have contacted them thru their e-mail process multiple times with no response. I have also called with no response. The order did state that due to Covid that there would be delays but did not expect never to be contacted.

    2 flags and 1 flag light was ordered on 7/13//2022. On 7/14/2022 the company was paid by my bank ($175.00). as of today's date no merchandise has been received and I have had no responses to a multitude of e-mails. The order number for these items is ***** and was ordered by my son, **** *******. I requested responses be sent to myself or him (*********@*****.com) and neither one of us has had the courtesy of a response and we are now out $175.00. This is a shameful way to conduct business. We are hoping to get a refund as we have had to purchase from another company. We also wanted you to know the company's practice.

    On August 19, 2022 I ordered two flags from Cavalry and my credit card was promptly charged $165.50. As of May 2, 2023 the flags still have not been received. As with the other complainants, I have emailed customer service through their website with no response. Also as with the other complainants, if I enter my order number into their order tracker it tells me there is no order found. I had set up an account with them and all of that login information is no longer valid. This company should be ashamed of themselves for the way they scam customers under the guise of a veteran owned small business.

    Like so many others, I placed an order on 8/1/2022 for a commercial grade 6x10 flag. They debited my account immediately for the amount of $165.00. I have emailed and/or tried to call them 11 times. Only once, did the owner, Tim S**** respond and tell me that they are delayed in making my flag. Big surprise! This is not just a delay, this is unethical! He should return my money immediately. I should also mention that the only time he responded to my messages was when I threatened him with legal action.

    I place an order with calvery flags May 17 2022 order# ***** I have not received this order and when I try to contact them I get no response and when I enter the order # on there site it says that the order is not found! I payed $275 for an American flag and have not seen a thing from them!

    I ordered a flag August 3, 2022. As of January 11, 2023, I have not received the flag, and have been unsuccessful in reaching customer service. My credit card has been charged $54. I fell for the “veteran owned” “family business line,” and believe I have been scammed. I would like a refund.

    I placed an order on August 1, 2022. They charged credit card and still have not shipped. They have not replied to numerous emails. They claim to be veteran owned. They are a SCAM!
