The service was FABULOUS !!!! The three men who came were professional and EXTREMELY polite and continuously interactive to ensure that they were pruning exactly the trees we wanted done and in the manner that we wished them to be trimmed. They cleaned the yard AND STREET of all the debris and made sure that there was nothing missed before they left. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing service OR ADVICE as they did not oversell the project, but gave us complete information before they started and only did the minimum necessary to make our trees healthy and "happy". Again - THEY ARE GREAT !!!!Monster Tree Service of Rochester

5 starsThe go to tree service. Over the last 5 years, they have been not only responsive to our issues regarding tree health but also great work eliminating trees that are causing issues. The crew is fantastic with clean-up as well. They have helped in trimming some branches interfering with wires at no cost to us while being on the job for other issues. 5 starsI've worked with Jason and Monster Tree for several years, and they've been wonderful. I think Jason really understands botany and can explain what's going on and what needs to be done.
