5 starsAwesome service from the two gentlemen that came to my house. Very respectful , super friendly and were very cordial, especially when my two small dogs greeted them. Monster Tree Service was the right company to call! Liz B*** arrived at the time she quoted us, on both of her visits. In addition, she is very professional, approachable, and knowledgeable on all aspects of trees, and very enjoyable to have met. We felt we were in very good hands with the company, after her first visit to appraise what we needed done. The 3 crew members were also very nice, but more importantly, very professional and did an absolute great job trimming our very high in the sky trees. We could not be anymore satisfied with the wonderful job they each did, with both the cutting and clean-up. We will be booking them again this year, for additional tree work that needs to be done! The company was recommended to us by friends, and in turn, we will highly recommend Monster Tree Service to anyone who is looking for a professional, top notch tree service.Monster Tree Service of Rochester
